陸地棉種系品質(zhì)性狀全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)分析及基因鑒定

陸地棉在全世界棉花生產(chǎn)中占95%,是一種具有天然可紡織纖維的作物,也是一種油料作物。作為一種相比傳統(tǒng)遺傳圖譜更好的工具,全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)分析(GWAS)被廣泛應(yīng)用于研究復(fù)雜性狀的遺傳變異。本研究中,我們利用80K Illumina Infinium檢測半野生陸地棉自然群體高密度的SNPs,采用GWAS技術(shù)對5個纖維質(zhì)量性狀:纖維伸長(FE),纖維長度(FL),纖維馬克隆值(FM),纖維強度(FS)和纖維整齊度(FU)進行分析。對在兩地三年種植的半野生陸地棉材料的纖維性狀進行評價,發(fā)現(xiàn)半野生陸地棉材料的纖維質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)出較高的多樣性。FE值為2-8%平均為6.06%,CV%值為17.32、FL值為19.61-32.8mm,平均為24.48mm,CV%值為8.63、FM值為2.1-6.5,平均為4.33,CV%值為16.65、FS值為18.23-34.00 cN/tex,平均為24.24 cN/tex,CV%值為8.17、FU值為74.1-87.7,平均為81.35,CV%值為2.63。根據(jù)相關(guān)性分析,FL和FU,FL和FS,FU和FS,FM和FE,FE和FS呈正相關(guān),FL和FM,FL和FE,FU...
