目的:采用Meta分析的方法系統(tǒng)評價白細胞介素-10（interleukin-10,IL-10）-1082G/A基因多態(tài)性與復發(fā)性口腔潰瘍（recurrent oral ulcer,ROU）易感性的相關性。方法:計算機檢索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、CNKI、CBM、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫和維普數(shù)據(jù)庫,收集IL-10-1082G/A基因多態(tài)性與ROU易感性的相關研究,檢索時限均從建庫至2017年8月。由2名研究者按照納入和排除標準獨立篩選文獻,提取資料,并對納入文獻進行方法學質量評價和異質性檢驗,采用RevMan5.3軟件進行Meta分析。結果:共納入6篇病例-對照研究,包含病例組668例和對照組769例。在總體人群中,等位基因模型（G vs A）、隱性模型（GG+GA vs AA）和雜合子模型（GA vs AA）3組基因模型的Meta分析結果顯示,IL-10-1082G/A基因多態(tài)性與ROU易感性具有統(tǒng)計學的相關性[G vs A:OR=1.31,95%CI（1.03,1.66）,P=0.03;GG+GA vs AA:OR=1.45,95%CI（1.16,1.82）,...
