目的:探討幽門螺桿菌（Helicobacter pylori,H.Pylori）感染與脂聯(lián)素基因啟動子–11391G/A、細胞外超氧化物歧化酶（extracellular superoxide dismutase,EC-SOD）基因多態(tài)性的交互作用以及與非酒精性脂肪性肝�。╪onalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD）的關(guān)系。方法:選擇新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學(xué)院第一附屬醫(yī)院2010年6月至2014年7月收治的NAFLD患者600例,以600例健康體檢者作為對照組,兩組在年齡、性別、民族、籍貫和生活習(xí)慣方面無明顯差異。以上述各組患者的外周血白細胞為樣本,PCR檢測脂聯(lián)素基因啟動子–11391G/A和EC-SOD基因多態(tài)性。14C-尿素呼氣試驗法（14C-urea breath test,14C-UBT）檢測受檢者H.Pylori與14C結(jié)合的每分鐘衰變數(shù)（disntegration per minute,DPM）以判斷H.Pylori感染情況;分析Pro12Ala,EC-SOD多態(tài)性與H.Pylori感染的交互作用。結(jié)果:–11391G/A（AA）基因型和EC-SOD（C...
