【摘要】：目的研究PSCA rs2294008多態(tài)性是否與膀胱癌易感性相關。方法抽取235例膀胱癌患者和200例非膀胱癌患者的血樣,進行基因型測定,確定患者血樣中PSCA rs2294008基因型,進行病例對照研究。結果 rs2294008的基因型CC、CT和TT在膀胱癌患者中出現的概率分別為42.1%、47.7%、10.2%,在對照組中分別為52.0%、40.0%、8.0%;合并的CT/TT和CC基因型對比,合并基因型使膀胱癌風險顯著增加(CT/TT:OR=1.37,95%CI 1.08~1.74)。結論PSCA中rs2294008的基因多態(tài)性與膀胱癌的風險相關。
[Abstract]:Objective to study whether PSCA rs2294008 polymorphism is associated with susceptibility to bladder cancer. Methods the blood samples of 23 patients with bladder cancer and 200 patients with non-bladder cancer were collected and genotypic determination was carried out to determine the PSCA rs2294008 genotype in the blood samples of patients with bladder cancer and to carry out a case-control study. Results the probabilities of CC,CT and TT in patients with bladder cancer were 42.1%, 47.7% and 10.2%, respectively, and those in the control group were 52.0%, 40.0% and 8.0%, respectively. The combined CT/TT and CC genotyping significantly increased the risk of bladder cancer (CT/TT:OR=1.37,95%CI 1.08 鹵1.74). Conclusion rs2294008 gene polymorphism in PSCA is associated with the risk of bladder cancer.
