谷胱甘肽轉(zhuǎn)移酶T1位點基因多態(tài)性與中國人群肺癌易感性的Meta分析

【摘要】:目的用Meta分析的方法定量評價谷胱甘肽轉(zhuǎn)移酶(GST)T1位點基因多態(tài)性與中國人群肺癌易感性的相關(guān)性。方法計算機檢索EMBASE、Pub Med、Cochrane Library、中國生物醫(yī)學文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫、相關(guān)期刊論文、中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫以及萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫,收集GSTT1位點基因多態(tài)性與中國人群肺癌易感性的病例對照試驗。以病例組和對照組GSTT1基因位點基因型分布的比值比(OR)為療效測量指標,采用STATA10.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果最終納入19篇病例對照研究進行Meta分析,病例組共納入肺癌患者2 356例,對照組共納入健康志愿者3 260例。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示:CSTT1基因功能型和缺失型在肺癌的發(fā)生率方面差異有統(tǒng)計學意義[OR=1.27,95%CI(1.06~1.52)]。結(jié)論 GSTT1基因缺失型可能增加了中國人群患肺癌的易感性。
[Abstract]:Objective to quantitatively evaluate the relationship between (GST) T1 gene polymorphism and lung cancer susceptibility in Chinese population by Meta analysis. Methods the EMBASE,Pub Med,Cochrane Library, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Chinese Journal full-text Database, Chinese Sci-tech Journal Database and Wanfang Database were searched by computer. The case-control trials of GSTT1 locus gene polymorphism and lung cancer susceptibility in Chinese population were collected. The ratio of genotypic distribution of GSTT1 gene locus to (OR) in case group and control group was used as therapeutic effect measurement index, and STATA10.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results Meta analysis was performed in 19 case-control studies. A total of 2356 patients with lung cancer were included in the case group and 3260 healthy volunteers in the control group.
