【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,習(xí)近平總書記多次提到"基因""文化基因"等概念,并要求"讓紅色基因代代相傳"。每個政黨都會在自身發(fā)展過程中培養(yǎng)形成彰顯黨的性質(zhì)、宗旨和特質(zhì)的品格,幾經(jīng)沉淀便形成了政黨基因。政黨基因是一個政黨最基本的特性,具有遺傳性、復(fù)制性、穩(wěn)定性、變異性和文化性等特點,具有傳承政黨初心、決定政黨能力、規(guī)范黨員行為等功能。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly referred to the concept of "genes" and "cultural genes" and demanded that "red genes be passed on from generation to generation." Each political party develops the character of the party's nature, purpose and character in the process of its own development, and forms the party gene several times after precipitation. Political party gene is the most basic characteristic of a political party. It has the characteristics of heredity, duplication, stability, variability and culture. It has the functions of inheriting the initial heart of a political party, determining the party's ability and standardizing the behavior of party members.
