【摘要】：市場的發(fā)展和技術(shù)的進(jìn)步使得產(chǎn)品平臺的衍生產(chǎn)品對需求的匹配度降低,產(chǎn)品競爭力下降。為了維持平臺先進(jìn)性,需適時對平臺進(jìn)行進(jìn)化。從平臺架構(gòu)和平臺元素兩個角度,定義了平臺DNA和平臺基因,提出了實現(xiàn)平臺進(jìn)化的重組、變異、替換、刪除、增添五種基因調(diào)優(yōu)算子,構(gòu)建了基于這5種算子的產(chǎn)品平臺進(jìn)化模型,以平臺模塊和模塊特性的調(diào)整優(yōu)化為手段,形成了具有可實施性和可操作性的平臺進(jìn)化方法。最后應(yīng)用該方法指導(dǎo)了一種沖壓機械手產(chǎn)品平臺的進(jìn)化,驗證了該理論的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the development of market and the progress of technology, the demand matching degree of derivative products of product platform is reduced, and the competitiveness of products is decreased. In order to maintain the advanced nature of the platform, it is necessary to evolve the platform in good time. From the point of view of platform architecture and platform elements, the platform DNA and platform gene are defined, and five genetic tuning operators are proposed to implement platform evolution, such as recombination, mutation, replacement, deletion, and addition of five gene tuning operators. The product platform evolution model based on these five operators is constructed. By means of adjusting and optimizing the platform modules and the characteristics of the modules, a platform evolution method with implementability and maneuverability is formed. Finally, the application of this method to guide the evolution of a stamping manipulator product platform, and verify the feasibility of the theory.
