小麥LBD基因家族的全基因組鑒定、表達(dá)特性及調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析

【摘要】:為深入發(fā)掘小麥LBD基因的功能,利用小麥最新基因組數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)生物信息學(xué)手段,對(duì)小麥LBD基因家族進(jìn)行了鑒定,并對(duì)其表達(dá)特性及調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了分析。鑒定結(jié)果表明,本研究得到了75個(gè)小麥LBD基因,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)化分析結(jié)果,可將它們劃分為ClassⅠ和ClassⅡ兩個(gè)亞家族。染色體定位結(jié)果表明,除了5D和7D外,其余染色體均含有LBD基因。共表達(dá)調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析表明,15個(gè)LBD基因參與了小麥功能基因調(diào)控。利用RNA-seq數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)所有小麥LBD基因在不同組織以及不同逆境脅迫下的表達(dá)情況進(jìn)行分析表明,小麥LBD基因在不同組織間和脅迫下存在著差異表達(dá),多個(gè)組織特異和脅迫響應(yīng)相關(guān)LBD基因被鑒定到,可作為后續(xù)功能研究的候選基因。
