【摘要】：本文運用語境分析的理論和方法,探討了在科學(xué)的、技術(shù)的、社會的、文化的、倫理的等語境之下的基因經(jīng)濟,以此考察21世紀(jì)生命科學(xué)家、企業(yè)家、政府和公眾應(yīng)該面對和承擔(dān)的科學(xué)責(zé)任、道德責(zé)任與社會責(zé)任及其互動的網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)。本文的研究思路是對基因經(jīng)濟這種新的生產(chǎn)方式和經(jīng)濟形態(tài)做哲學(xué)追問,實現(xiàn)對基因經(jīng)濟分析的多維視野的內(nèi)在統(tǒng)一,力圖為社會各界對這一新的經(jīng)濟形態(tài)的理解提供一種全方位的語境綜合。同時,為人類更好地掌控和駕馭基因經(jīng)濟提供一定的理論支持,進而促進其健康發(fā)展,以興利避害、造福人類。本文首先從語境的概念和語境分析方法的含義、特征、結(jié)構(gòu)等方面對語境分析方法進行闡述,同時論述了語境分析方法在我國科學(xué)哲學(xué)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展。本文的重點部分是基于語境分析法,對基因經(jīng)濟進行多維度的語境化分析。從科學(xué)語境的角度探討了生物科學(xué)語境下的基因、基因經(jīng)濟興起的科學(xué)背景及其特異性,指出基因經(jīng)濟應(yīng)重點關(guān)注食品和藥品安全性的科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)成及其合理性,以及檢驗判別手段的完備性與長期性。人類傳統(tǒng)食品與人體安全性適應(yīng)是一個長期的協(xié)進化過程,食品安全的生物學(xué)檢驗與醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗也必須是一個長期的協(xié)調(diào)過程。從技術(shù)語境角度分析了基因經(jīng)濟的核心支撐——生物技術(shù)、基因工程技術(shù)和基因經(jīng)濟的運作方式,并指出“轉(zhuǎn)基因”這一“自然-人工”復(fù)合系統(tǒng)的操作必須從技術(shù)的層面具有可控的風(fēng)險防范程序和安全底線的預(yù)警程序。從社會語境角度指出基因經(jīng)濟應(yīng)重點關(guān)注其對傳統(tǒng)社會在生產(chǎn)方式、生活方式、消費方式、思維方式等方面造成的影響及其相互作用,以及基因經(jīng)濟的社會價值。在文化語境下探討了基因經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的社會文化導(dǎo)向、法律與制度環(huán)境以及其中蘊含的科學(xué)精神和人文精神；在倫理語境下指出了基因經(jīng)濟應(yīng)關(guān)注其面臨的工具理性與價值理性相背離的倫理困境,以及對基因經(jīng)濟發(fā)展所涉的不同社會主體應(yīng)該遵循的倫理責(zé)任和道德規(guī)范進行哲學(xué)的反思。
[Abstract]:Using the theory and method of contextual analysis, this paper discusses the genetic economy in the context of science, technology, society, culture and ethics, so as to investigate the life scientists and entrepreneurs of the 21st century. The government and the public should face and undertake the network system of scientific responsibility, moral responsibility and social responsibility. The research idea of this paper is to make philosophical inquiry into the new mode of production and economic form of gene economy, so as to realize the internal unity of the multidimensional vision of gene economy analysis. Try to provide a comprehensive context for the understanding of this new economic form. At the same time, it provides certain theoretical support for human to better control and control the gene economy, and then promotes its healthy development, in order to promote profit and avoid harm, benefit mankind. In this paper, the concept of context and the meaning, characteristics and structure of contextual analysis are discussed. At the same time, the application and development of contextual analysis in the field of Chinese philosophy of science are discussed. The main part of this paper is context analysis based on context analysis. From the perspective of scientific context, this paper discusses the scientific background and specificity of the rise of gene economy in the context of biological science, and points out that gene economy should focus on the scientific basis and rationality of food and drug safety. And test the completeness and long-term of discriminant means. The adaptation of human traditional food to human safety is a long-term coevolutionary process, and the biological and medical examination of food safety must also be a long-term coordinated process. From the perspective of technical context, this paper analyzes the core support of gene economy-biotechnology, genetic engineering technology and the mode of operation of gene economy. It is also pointed out that the operation of the "natural and artificial" composite system must have a controllable risk prevention procedure and an early warning procedure of the safety bottom line from the technical level. From the perspective of social context, this paper points out that gene economy should focus on its influence on traditional society in production mode, way of life, consumption mode, mode of thinking and its interaction, as well as the social value of gene economy. In the context of culture, this paper discusses the social and cultural orientation of the development of gene economy, the legal and institutional environment, and the scientific and humanistic spirit contained therein. In the context of ethics, this paper points out that the gene economy should pay attention to the ethical dilemma in which the instrumental rationality and the value rationality deviate from each other. And the philosophical reflection on the ethical responsibility and moral norms which should be followed by different social subjects involved in the development of genetic economy.
