【摘要】：目的國(guó)內(nèi)有關(guān)肛門(mén)及肛管尖銳濕疣(CA)組織HPV分型研究的大樣本資料報(bào)道極少。文中旨在探討以江蘇省為主的區(qū)域性男女肛門(mén)及肛管CA組織中HPV感染基因型分布狀況和分型的臨床意義。方法收集1985年8月至2017年7月江蘇省和安徽省4家醫(yī)院病理組織學(xué)診斷為兩性肛門(mén)及肛管乳頭瘤樣增生伴挖空細(xì)胞(疑似CA)的石蠟組織標(biāo)本326例。從其CA組織中抽提HPV DNA,對(duì)HPV感染型別分布狀況進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 326例兩性肛門(mén)及肛管CA患者中,HPV總檢出率為74.85%(244/326)。其中女147例,男179例,HPV總檢出率分別為73.47%、75.98%。兩性肛門(mén)及肛管CA組織陽(yáng)性者檢出不同型別HPV出現(xiàn)頻數(shù)合計(jì)342次,低危型HPV出現(xiàn)頻數(shù)合計(jì)267次,高危型HPV出現(xiàn)頻數(shù)合計(jì)75次。其中6、11、16、18型HPV感染頻數(shù)占前4位。30歲以下女性CA發(fā)病率較男性顯著升高(32.65%vs 16.20%,P0.05)。結(jié)論兩性肛門(mén)及肛管CA組織中,以6、11、16、18型HPV感染最為常見(jiàn);30歲以下女性CA發(fā)病率較高,應(yīng)引起疾病預(yù)防和臨床診治的高度重視。
[Abstract]:Objective there are few reports on (CA) HPV classification of anal and anal condyloma acuminatum in China. The purpose of this study was to investigate the distribution and clinical significance of genotypes of HPV infection in anal and anal CA tissues of men and women in Jiangsu Province. Methods from August 1985 to July 2017, 326 paraffin tissue specimens of anal and anal papilloma-like hyperplasia with hollow cells (suspected CA) were collected from 4 hospitals in Jiangsu Province and Anhui Province. HPV DNA, was extracted from its CA tissue to analyze the distribution of HPV infection types. Results the total detection rate of HPV was 74.85% (244 / 326) in 326 patients with anus and anal canal CA. Among them, 147 cases were female, 179 cases were male, the total detection rate of HPV was 73.47 and 75.98 respectively. The frequency of different types of HPV was 342 times in patients with positive CA tissue in anus and anal canal, 267 times in low risk type HPV and 75 times in high risk type HPV. The frequency of HPV infection in women under 30 years old was significantly higher than that in men (32.65%vs 16.20 P 0.05). Conclusion among the CA tissues of anus and anal canal of both sexes, the most common type of HPV infection is 6111116, and the incidence of CA is higher in women under 30 years old, which should be paid more attention to in the prevention of disease and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
