【摘要】：正在國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(項(xiàng)目編號(hào):81101285)等資助下,浙江大學(xué)俞云松教授研究團(tuán)隊(duì)與其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的全國臨床和微生物協(xié)作網(wǎng),通過對(duì)攜帶mcr-1基因的質(zhì)粒生物信息學(xué)分析,明確了mcr-1基因的傳播機(jī)制,臨床資料顯示mcr-1陽性菌株目前沒有對(duì)感染病人的預(yù)后造成影響。研究成果以"Prevalence of mcr-1 in Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae recovered from blood stream infections in China:a multicentre
[Abstract]:Funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (project number: 81101285), the research team of Professor Yu Yunsong of Zhejiang University and the national network of clinical and microbiological cooperation led by the research team, through the analysis of plasmid bioinformatics carrying the mcr-1 gene, The transmission mechanism of mcr-1 gene was clarified. Clinical data showed that mcr-1 positive strains did not affect the prognosis of infected patients. The results of the study are: "Prevalence of mcr-1 in Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae recovered from blood stream infections in China:a multicentre"
