昆明市雞源大腸埃希菌耐藥基因的流行特征研究

【摘要】:為了解昆明市區(qū)農貿市場雞源大腸埃希菌耐藥基因的攜帶情況,采用PCR技術對140株雞肝中大腸埃希菌的22個耐藥基因進行了檢測。研究表明,140株大腸埃希菌中TEM和Gyra(QRDR)基因檢出率最高為100%;aph(3)-Ⅱa基因的檢出率最低為22.86%,且13個耐藥基因檢出率在50%以上。呈貢區(qū)、官渡區(qū)、盤龍區(qū)、五華區(qū)、西山區(qū)檢出率最低的耐藥基因分別為aph(3)-Ⅱa、OXA、tetB和OXA、SHV、aac(3)-Ⅱa基因。研究結果可為大腸埃希菌病的臨床用藥提供理論指導,為公共衛(wèi)生安全提供參考依據。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the drug resistance genes of Escherichia coli from chicken in the farm market of Kunming city, 22 resistant genes of Escherichia coli from 140 strains of chicken liver were detected by PCR technique. The results showed that the detection rate of TEM and Gyra (QRDR) genes was the highest among 140 strains of Escherichia coli. The lowest detection rate of the gene was 22.86a, and the detection rate of 13 drug-resistant genes was more than 50%.
