桃磷酸肌醇特異性磷脂酶C基因家族鑒定與分析

【摘要】:為了對桃(Prunus persica var.Lovell)中PI-PLC家族基因進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,利用桃基因組數(shù)據(jù)庫,通過生物信息學(xué)手段,鑒定桃PI-PLC家族基因的基因結(jié)構(gòu)、染色體定位和編碼蛋白,通過序列比對進(jìn)行進(jìn)化和分類分析。結(jié)果表明,桃中含有5個PI-PLC家族基因,預(yù)測他們均含有9個外顯子,分布于桃的2條染色體上。保守結(jié)構(gòu)域分析結(jié)果顯示,桃中PI-PLC蛋白均含有4個保守的EF、X、Y和C2結(jié)構(gòu)域。進(jìn)化樹分析結(jié)果表明桃PI-PLC家族基因可分為4個亞家族。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the PI-PLC family genes in peach (Prunus persica var. Lovell) systematically, the gene structure, chromosome location and coding protein of peach PI-PLC family genes were identified by bioinformatics using the peach genome database. Evolution and classification were analyzed by sequence alignment. The results showed that there were 5 PI-PLC family genes in peach, all of them were predicted to contain 9 exons, distributed on two chromosomes of peach. The results of conserved domain analysis showed that PI-PLC protein contained four conserved EFI XY and C2 domains in peach. The results of evolutionary tree analysis showed that the PI-PLC family genes of peach could be divided into four subfamilies.
