芒果八氫番茄紅素合成酶基因PSY的結(jié)構(gòu)分析及功能預(yù)測

【摘要】:為研究芒果八氫番茄紅素合成酶基因(PSY)的性質(zhì)及結(jié)構(gòu)功能。根據(jù)GenBank上登錄的芒果及其它11種植物的PSY蛋白質(zhì)氨基酸序列,利用生物信息學(xué)在線分析軟件對(duì)其組成成分與理化性質(zhì)、系統(tǒng)發(fā)育進(jìn)化、導(dǎo)肽、跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)域、疏水性/親水性、二級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)、功能結(jié)構(gòu)域以及三級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行預(yù)測和分析。結(jié)果表明,芒果與其它11種植物的PSY基因氨基酸序列的理化性質(zhì)基本一致,在進(jìn)化關(guān)系上劃分為2類,主要表現(xiàn)為親水性蛋白,α-螺旋、不規(guī)則卷曲和延伸連是其二級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)的主要結(jié)構(gòu)元件,沒有跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)域,屬于萜類合成酶C1超家族。本研究將為深入揭示PSY基因在植物花、果實(shí)和果皮以及葉片等器官顏色變化中所發(fā)揮的功能,開展其分子機(jī)理研究提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:To study the properties and structural functions of lycopene synthase gene (PSY) from mango. Based on the amino acid sequences of PSY protein in mango and 11 other plants recorded in GenBank, the composition and physicochemical properties, phylogenetic evolution, peptide conduction, transmembrane domain, hydrophobic / hydrophilic properties of Mango and 11 other plants were analyzed by on-line bioinformatics software. The secondary structure, functional domain and tertiary structure are predicted and analyzed. The results showed that the amino acid sequence of PSY gene of mango was basically identical with that of other 11 plants. The amino acid sequence of PSY gene was divided into two groups in evolutionary relationship, mainly hydrophilic protein, 偽 -helix, hydrophilic protein and 偽 -helix. Irregular curl and extension connection are the main structural elements of its secondary structure. There is no transmembrane domain, so it belongs to the C _ 1 superfamily of terpene synthase. This study will provide a theoretical reference for revealing the function of PSY gene in the color changes of flower, fruit, pericarp and leaf, and to study the molecular mechanism of PSY gene.
