【摘要】：蘑菇屬是傘菌目中的重要類群。其擁有極為豐富的物種,而且很多都具有重要的研究價值。最近研究發(fā)現(xiàn)該屬具有5個亞屬,20個組。本次研究以該屬Minores組為研究對象,對82份標本進行系統(tǒng)發(fā)育學(xué)研究。運用形態(tài)學(xué)研究方法,將供試標本進行詳盡的形態(tài)學(xué)觀察,對觀察結(jié)果進行詳盡的描述以及繪圖。運用分子系統(tǒng)學(xué)研究方法,對供試樣本進行DNA的提取,PCR的擴增。擴增基因包括ITS、LSU、PRB2、tef1-α,共得到101條ITS,90條LSU,85條tef1-α和84條rpb2,從GenBank下載得到該組基因130條ITS,80條LSU,70條tef1-α和7條rpb2,。綜合4個基因數(shù)據(jù),運用最大似然法(ML)、最大簡約法(MP)以及貝葉斯法(Bayes)進行系統(tǒng)發(fā)育樹的構(gòu)建。分子系統(tǒng)發(fā)育研究所得該組共14個支序,3個支序得到很好的支持,其余支序種間關(guān)系均得到很好支持。分析Minores組共66個種,其中17個擬定新種,4個中國新紀錄種,13個未定種。對17個新種進行形態(tài)學(xué)描述,繪制相關(guān)形態(tài)圖17份,對整個組的系統(tǒng)發(fā)育關(guān)系進行初步研究。
[Abstract]:The genus Agaricus is an important group in Umbellidae. It has extremely rich species, and many of them have important research value. Recently, it was found that the genus has 5 subgenera and 20 groups. In this study, 82 specimens of Minores group were studied on phylogeny. Using morphological research method, the specimen was observed in detail, and the observation results were described and plotted in detail. Molecular systematics method was used to amplify DNA extracted by PCR. The amplified genes included ITSN LSUB2PRB2 tef1- 偽, 101 ITSs, 90 LSUF1- 偽 and 84 rpb2s, and 130 ITSs from GenBank were downloaded from GenBank, and 70 LSUF1- 偽 and 7 rpb2s were obtained from GenBank. The phylogenetic tree was constructed by maximum likelihood method (MLN), maximum minimization method (MPS) and Bayesian method (Bayes). The molecular phylogeny study showed that there were 14 branches in this group, 3 of them were well supported, and all the other branch species were well supported. There are 66 species in Minores formation, including 17 new species, 4 new record species and 13 undetermined species. The phylogenetic relationships of 17 new species and 17 related morphological maps were studied.
