【摘要】：本試驗旨在研究飼糧中添加不同水平的低分子質(zhì)量(1 000 u)殼寡糖對蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能、蛋品質(zhì)、血清生化指標(biāo)、盲腸微生物數(shù)量以及脾臟白細(xì)胞介素-2(IL-2)和腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)基因表達(dá)的影響。選取體重和產(chǎn)蛋率相近的58周齡海蘭褐殼蛋雞600只,隨機(jī)分為4組,每組5個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)30只。對照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,試驗組分別飼喂在基礎(chǔ)飼糧中添加300、600、900 mg/kg殼寡糖的試驗飼糧。預(yù)試期為7 d,正試期為42 d。結(jié)果表明:1)添加300、600和900 mg/kg殼寡糖組的產(chǎn)蛋率分別比對照組提高了4.52%(P0.05)、2.99%(P0.05)和4.08%(P0.05)。2)試驗第3、6周末,添加600和900 mg/kg殼寡糖組的雞蛋哈夫單位分別比對照組提高了6.87%、6.69%和6.47%、6.60%(P0.05)。3)與對照組相比,飼糧添加600、900 mg/kg殼寡糖顯著降低了血清葡萄糖、膽固醇含量和谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶活性(P0.05)。4)與對照組相比,飼糧添加600、900 mg/kg殼寡糖顯著提高了盲腸雙歧桿菌和乳酸桿菌的數(shù)量(P0.05),顯著降低了盲腸金黃色葡萄球菌的數(shù)量(P0.05)。5)與對照組相比,飼糧添加300、600 mg/kg殼寡糖顯著提高了脾臟IL-2 m RNA表達(dá)水平(P0.05),飼糧添加600 mg/kg殼寡糖顯著提高了脾臟TNF-αm RNA表達(dá)水平(P0.05)。由此可見,飼糧中添加不同水平的殼寡糖,提高了蛋雞的產(chǎn)蛋率和哈夫單位,調(diào)節(jié)了腸道微生物菌群,增強(qiáng)了蛋雞的免疫力,適宜殼寡糖添加水平為600 mg/kg。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to study the effects of different levels of low molecular weight oligosaccharide (LMWO) on performance, egg quality and serum biochemical indexes of laying hens. The effect of cecum microorganism quantity and spleen interleukin-2 (IL-2) and tumor necrosis factor- 偽 (TNF- 偽) gene expression. Six hundred Hailan brown shell hens of 58 weeks old with similar body weight and laying rate were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 30 in each group. The control group was fed with basic diet and the experimental group was fed with 300600900 mg/kg chitosan oligosaccharide. The pretest period was 7 days and the positive test period was 42 days. The results showed that the egg production rate of the 300600 and 900 mg/kg chitosan oligosaccharide groups increased by 4.52% and 4.08% respectively compared with the control group (P 0.05) and 4.08 mg/kg chitosan oligosaccharide group at the end of the 3rd week of the experiment. The egg Hafu units of the 600 and 900 mg/kg chitosan oligosaccharide groups were increased by 6.87 ~ 6.69% and 6.47 ~ (6. 60) P ~ (0.05N) 路3, respectively, as compared with the control group, and compared with the control group, the egg production rate of the 300600 and 900 mg/kg chitosan oligosaccharides group was higher than that of the control group, and the egg production rate of the control group was higher than that of the control group. Dietary supplementation of 600900 mg/kg chitosan significantly decreased serum glucose, cholesterol and activity of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (P0.05. 4) compared with the control group. The amount of bifidobacterium cecum and lactobacillus was significantly increased and the quantity of staphylococcus aureus in cecum was decreased significantly by adding 600900 mg/kg chitosan oligosaccharide to diet.) compared with the control group, the quantity of staphylococcus aureus in cecum was significantly decreased. The level of IL-2 mRNA expression in spleen was significantly increased by adding 300600 mg/kg chitosan oligosaccharide to the diet, and the level of TNF- 偽 mRNA expression in spleen was significantly increased by adding 600 mg/kg chitosan oligosaccharide to the diet. It can be seen that adding different levels of chitosan oligosaccharide to diet can improve laying rate and Hafu unit of laying hens, regulate intestinal microbial flora, and enhance the immunity of laying hens. The suitable level of chitosan oligosaccharide addition is 600 mg / kg / kg.
