【摘要】：瘦素(leptin)是一種蛋白質(zhì)激素。魚類瘦素主要由肝合成和分泌,參與調(diào)節(jié)攝食、代謝、生長、免疫、繁殖、神經(jīng)及造血細(xì)胞發(fā)育等。本文綜述了瘦素的功能及作用機(jī)理、營養(yǎng)素對(duì)水生動(dòng)物瘦素基因表達(dá)的影響,旨在進(jìn)一步理解和深入探討水生動(dòng)物瘦素的作用及機(jī)理、營養(yǎng)素對(duì)水生動(dòng)物瘦素基因表達(dá)的影響及其機(jī)制,這對(duì)理解攝食、能量代謝調(diào)控的機(jī)制具有科學(xué)理論意義;能為有計(jì)劃、有目的、有效地控制水生動(dòng)物體重、脂類沉積和能量代謝,根據(jù)需要生產(chǎn)理想、優(yōu)質(zhì)和健康的水產(chǎn)品提供基礎(chǔ)依據(jù),同時(shí)為調(diào)控人類肥胖、維護(hù)健康、提高生產(chǎn)力等提供參考。
[Abstract]:Leptin is a protein hormone. Leptin in fish is mainly synthesized and secreted by the liver and is involved in the regulation of food intake, metabolism, growth, immunity, reproduction, nerve and hematopoietic cell development. In this paper, the function and mechanism of leptin and the effect of nutrients on leptin gene expression in aquatic animals were reviewed in order to further understand and explore the mechanism of leptin in aquatic animals. The effect of nutrients on leptin gene expression in aquatic animals and its mechanism are of scientific and theoretical significance in understanding the mechanisms of food intake and regulation of energy metabolism, and can effectively control the weight of aquatic animals in a planned and purposeful manner. Lipid deposition and energy metabolism provide the basis for the production of ideal, high quality and healthy aquatic products according to needs, and also provide reference for regulating human obesity, maintaining health and improving productivity.
