【摘要】：利用PCR-單鏈構(gòu)象多態(tài)性(PCR-SSCP)技術(shù)及基因測序技術(shù)對湖羊進(jìn)行了ESR基因的多態(tài)性檢測及其與湖羊產(chǎn)羔數(shù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。測序結(jié)果表明,等位基因G與C相比發(fā)生了1處堿基突變(G363C)。ESR基因在湖羊中存在多態(tài)性(CC、CG和GG);湖羊中C等位基因的頻率為0.743,G等位基因的頻率為0.257。CC、CG、GG基因型頻率分別為0.564、0.357、0.079。湖羊CG、GG、CC基因型的平均產(chǎn)羔數(shù)分別為1.98、1.80、1.96只。數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果表明,ESR基因的多態(tài)性對湖羊產(chǎn)羔數(shù)的影響差異不顯著(P≥0.05)。
[Abstract]:PCR- single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) technique and gene sequencing technique were used to detect the polymorphism of ESR gene in Hu sheep and its statistical analysis with the litter size of Hu sheep. The sequencing results showed that there was a base mutation of G363CU. ESR gene in Hu sheep, and the frequency of C allele was 0.743 G allele in Hu sheep, and the frequency of C allele in Hu sheep was 0.257.CCN CGG GG genotype frequency was 0.5640.357GG genotype frequency was 0.5640.3570.79, respectively. The average number of lambs for the GGCCC genotypes of Hu sheep was 1.98 (1.80) and 1.96 respectively.
