驢和馬COL1A1基因比較分析

【摘要】:驢具有很大的市場開發(fā)潛力和價值。通過生物信息學技術(shù)分析了驢COL1A1基因的氨基酸序列特征,以期為阿膠原材料的鑒定或阿膠用驢的選育提供科學依據(jù)。經(jīng)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)驢COL1A1基因的氨基酸構(gòu)成富含大量的甘氨酸和脯氨酸,而色氨酸含量很低。氨基酸序列開頭的22個殘基預(yù)測為該肽鏈的信號肽區(qū)域,COL1A1蛋白中存在大量的卷曲螺旋。驢和馬該基因(剔除gap)mRNA序列間存在12處變異,氨基酸序列間只發(fā)現(xiàn)1處替換。提示在做原材料鑒定時,若以該基因為分子標記,應(yīng)著重檢測DNA間的差異。
[Abstract]:Donkey has great market development potential and value. The amino acid sequence characteristics of donkey COL1A1 gene were analyzed by bioinformatics in order to provide scientific basis for identification of raw materials of Ejiao or breeding of donkeys. It was found that the amino acids of the donkey COL1A1 gene were rich in glycine and proline, but the tryptophan content was very low. The 22 residues at the beginning of the amino acid sequence predict the existence of a large amount of curl helix in the signal peptide region of the peptide chain, COL1A1. There were 12 mutations between donkey and horse genes (excluding gap)mRNA sequences, and only one substitution was found between amino acid sequences. It is suggested that if the base is used as molecular marker in the identification of raw materials, the difference between DNA should be detected.
