【摘要】：MC1R基因作為控制毛色的重要候選基因之一,不僅在黑色素合成過程中起著重要的調控作用,參與毛色的形成,還對人畜疾病、生長性狀、行為有著不同程度的影響,因而引起相關學者的廣泛關注。為加深對MC1R基因的認識和了解,作者對MC1R基因結構、功能、作用機理、基因的定位、多態(tài)性檢測及其在人畜方面的研究進展進行綜述,并提出新的設想。
[Abstract]:As one of the important candidate genes for controlling coat color, MC1R gene not only plays an important role in the regulation of melanin synthesis, but also plays an important role in the formation of coat color. It also has different effects on human and animal diseases, growth traits and behavior. As a result, it has attracted wide attention from relevant scholars. In order to better understand the MC1R gene, the author summarized the structure, function, action mechanism, gene location, polymorphism detection of MC1R gene and its research progress in human and animal, and put forward some new ideas.
