【摘要】：MC1R基因作為控制毛色的重要候選基因之一,不僅在黑色素合成過(guò)程中起著重要的調(diào)控作用,參與毛色的形成,還對(duì)人畜疾病、生長(zhǎng)性狀、行為有著不同程度的影響,因而引起相關(guān)學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注。為加深對(duì)MC1R基因的認(rèn)識(shí)和了解,作者對(duì)MC1R基因結(jié)構(gòu)、功能、作用機(jī)理、基因的定位、多態(tài)性檢測(cè)及其在人畜方面的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,并提出新的設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:As one of the important candidate genes for controlling coat color, MC1R gene not only plays an important role in the regulation of melanin synthesis, but also plays an important role in the formation of coat color. It also has different effects on human and animal diseases, growth traits and behavior. As a result, it has attracted wide attention from relevant scholars. In order to better understand the MC1R gene, the author summarized the structure, function, action mechanism, gene location, polymorphism detection of MC1R gene and its research progress in human and animal, and put forward some new ideas.
