利用MHC B-L基因外顯子2分析部分中國(guó)地方雞種的遺傳多態(tài)性

【摘要】:應(yīng)用MHC B-L基因外顯子2直接測(cè)序的方法,對(duì)9個(gè)地方雞品種的遺傳多樣性進(jìn)行研究。通過等位基因頻率對(duì)各群體的遺傳參數(shù)、群體間的Tajima-Nei遺傳距離和Maximum Likelihood遺傳距離進(jìn)行計(jì)算,并采用鄰接法(NJ)和Fitch-Margoliash方法聚類。結(jié)果表明,導(dǎo)致9個(gè)地方雞品種群體間遺傳分化的主要原因?yàn)榛蛄?分析聚類的結(jié)果顯示,不同雞品種的分子系統(tǒng)發(fā)生關(guān)系與其地理分布和每個(gè)品種的育成史較一致。
[Abstract]:The genetic diversity of 9 local chicken breeds was studied by direct sequencing of exon 2 of MHC B-L gene. The genetic parameters of each population, Tajima-Nei genetic distance and Maximum Likelihood genetic distance among populations were calculated by allelic frequency. The results showed that the main cause of genetic differentiation among 9 local chicken breeds was gene flow. The results of cluster analysis showed that the molecular phylogenetic relationship of different chicken breeds was consistent with their geographical distribution and breeding history of each breed.
