【摘要】：建立了四類基于基因表達(dá)的分類器,用以將87名婦女的子宮內(nèi)膜樣本分成癌癥患者和非癌癥患者.首先利用信噪比過濾掉無關(guān)基因,然后利用主成分分析降低樣本維數(shù),再針對這四類分類器隨機(jī)取75個樣本作為訓(xùn)練樣本,其余的12個樣本作為測試樣本,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明這四類分類器適合子宮內(nèi)膜癌的分類.最后采用留一交叉驗(yàn)證作為評判標(biāo)準(zhǔn),通過比較,說明5BP-ELMAN分類器是一類更適合子宮內(nèi)膜癌分類的有效的腫瘤分類器.
[Abstract]:Four types of classifier based on gene expression were established to divide the endometrium samples of 87 women into cancer patients and non cancer patients. First, the unrelated genes were filtered out by the signal to noise ratio. Then the sample dimension was reduced by principal component analysis, and 75 samples were randomly selected as training samples for the four classifiers, and the remaining 12 samples were taken as the training samples. As a test sample, the experimental results show that these four classifiers are suitable for the classification of endometrial cancer. Finally, the remaining one cross validation is used as a criterion. By comparison, the 5BP-ELMAN classifier is an effective tumor classifier which is more suitable for the classification of endometrial cancer.
