擬南芥COI1基因調(diào)控蔗糖響應(yīng)的研究

【摘要】:植物激素茉莉酸和糖在植物生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育中起重要作用,但兩者之間的關(guān)系尚不清楚。本文研究了擬南芥茉莉酸受體基因COI1在植物響應(yīng)無蔗糖反應(yīng)中的功能。蔗糖能夠誘導(dǎo)COI1基因表達(dá),與野生型植物相比,coi1突變體在無蔗糖培養(yǎng)基中能夠正常生長(zhǎng),主根增長(zhǎng),蔗糖含量增加,磷酸蔗糖合成酶基因SPSA1和SPSC以及生長(zhǎng)素合成基因YACCA6和YUCCA8表達(dá)上調(diào)。結(jié)果表明COI1基因能夠特異地在植物響應(yīng)蔗糖中起重要調(diào)控作用。
[Abstract]:The phytohormone jasmonic acid and sugar play an important role in plant growth and development, but the relationship between them is unclear. The function of Arabidopsis jasmonic acid receptor gene (COI1) in plant response to sucrose free reaction was studied. Sucrose could induce the expression of COI1 gene. Compared with wild type plants, the mutant could grow normally, its main root increased and sucrose content increased. The expression of sucrose phosphate synthase gene SPSA1 and SPSC and auxin synthase gene YACCA6 and YUCCA8 were up-regulated. The results showed that COI1 gene could play an important role in plant response to sucrose specifically.
