【摘要】:;818是用抗白葉枯病的華23S與抗稻飛虱的華恢8131雜交選育而成的水稻恢復系,具有株型緊湊、分蘗力較強、開花習性好、米質(zhì)較優(yōu)、恢復力強等優(yōu)點,經(jīng)分子標記鑒定,聚合了稻飛虱抗性基因Bph3、Bph14和Bph15、稻瘟病抗性基因Pi-1和白葉枯病抗性基因Xa-7,并耐低氮。組配的優(yōu)質(zhì)雜交稻新組合博Ⅱ優(yōu)818于2015年通過海南省農(nóng)作物品種審定委員會審定。
[Abstract]:Haihui 818 is a rice restorer line selected by hybrid breeding of Hua 23s, resistant to bacterial leaf blight, and Huahui 8131, resistant to rice planthopper. It has the advantages of compact plant type, strong tillering ability, good flowering habit, superior quality of rice and strong resilience, and has been identified by molecular markers. The rice planthopper resistance genes Bph3, Bph14 and Bph15, blast resistant genes Pi-1 and Xa-7, were synthesized, and were resistant to low nitrogen.
