【摘要】:道德判斷(Moral Judgment)是道德行為產(chǎn)生的前提。探究道德判斷發(fā)生的機(jī)制及影響因素,對(duì)于抵制不良風(fēng)氣、改善道德環(huán)境有重要的理論意義。已有藥物操縱研究發(fā)現(xiàn)高睪酮水平個(gè)體傾向于功利主義道德判斷。睪酮在機(jī)體的作用受雄激素受體基因(AR)、5α-還原酶基因(SRD5A2)、性激素結(jié)合白蛋白基因(SHBG)和芳香化酶基因(CYP19等基因調(diào)節(jié),但這些基因?qū)Φ赖屡袛嗟挠绊懮胁磺宄。為了進(jìn)一步確定睪酮效用基因與道德判斷間的關(guān)系,我們采取基因行為學(xué)方法,在隨機(jī)大學(xué)生樣本中分析了AR SRD5A2、SHBG和CYP19等4個(gè)基因與道德兩難和道德違反范式測(cè)驗(yàn)中道德許可性的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:1.CYP19基因的rs700518位點(diǎn),對(duì)于附帶性條件下的道德判斷許可性有顯著影響(p = 0.043),A等位基因個(gè)體具有更低的道德許可性;AR(CAG)n多態(tài)性位點(diǎn)在女性中,對(duì)于附帶性(p = 0.014)、工具性(p = 0.017)以及行動(dòng)條件下(p = 0.004)的許可性均有顯著影響,SS基因型個(gè)體道德許可性高于LL基因型個(gè)體;SHBG基因的rs727428位點(diǎn)和SRD5A2基因的rs523349位點(diǎn)對(duì)道德判斷無(wú)顯著影響(p0.227)。2.CYP19基因rs700518位點(diǎn)對(duì)道德判斷穩(wěn)定性的影響無(wú)顯著結(jié)果(ps0.137)。3.CYP19基因rs700518位點(diǎn)對(duì)于壞意圖-壞結(jié)果的道德判斷影響顯著(p = 0.041),A等位基因個(gè)體具有更低的道德許可性;SHBG基因rs727428位點(diǎn)對(duì)于好意圖-壞結(jié)果有顯著影響(p = 0.003),攜帶高表達(dá)的C等位基因個(gè)體道德判斷許可性更高;AR(CAG)n多態(tài)性位點(diǎn)在女性中,對(duì)于好意圖-好結(jié)果(p = 0.007)、好意圖-壞結(jié)果(p =0.022)的道德判斷影響顯著,SS基因型個(gè)體道德許可性更高。結(jié)論:1.CYP19基因rs700518位點(diǎn)與道德兩難判斷許可性有關(guān),但與其穩(wěn)定性無(wú)關(guān)。2.AR(CAG)n多態(tài)性位點(diǎn)在女性群體中影響道德兩難和道德違反許可性判斷。3.意圖調(diào)節(jié)SHBG基因rs727428位點(diǎn)對(duì)道德違反情境中道德許可性的影響。4.SRD5A 基因rs523349位點(diǎn)對(duì)道德判斷無(wú)顯著影響。
[Abstract]:Moral judgment is the premise of moral behavior.It is of great theoretical significance to explore the mechanism and influencing factors of moral judgment for resisting unhealthy atmosphere and improving moral environment.Drug manipulation studies have found that individuals with high testosterone levels tend to utilitarian moral judgment.The role of testosterone in the body is regulated by genes such as androgen receptor gene ARD5A2, androgen binding albumin gene SHBG and aromatase gene CYP19, etc. However, the influence of these genes on moral judgment is still unclear.To further determine the relationship between testosterone utility genes and moral judgment, we adopted a genetic behavioural approach.The relationship between AR SRD5A2SHBG and CYP19 and moral dilemmas and moral permissibility in moral violation Paradigm Test was analyzed in a random college student sample.Results 1. The rs700518 locus of CYP19 gene had a significant effect on the permissibility of moral judgment under incidental conditions.For incidental (p = 0.014), instrumental (p = 0.017) and action (P = 0.004), there was a significant difference in the individual moral permissibility of SS genotype than that of the rs727428 locus of the SHBG gene and the rs523349 locus of the SRD5A2 gene in the LL genotype.There was no significant effect on the stability of moral judgment by rs700518 locus of CYP19 gene. 3. The influence of rs700518 locus of CYP19 gene on the moral judgment of bad intention and bad result was significant (p = 0.041).The rs727428 locus of the permissive SHBG gene had a significant effect on the good intentions and bad results (p = 0.003).For good intention-good result p = 0.007, good intention-bad result p = 0. 022) the moral permissibility of SS genotype individuals was higher than that of SS genotype.Conclusion: 1. The rs700518 locus of CYP19 gene is related to the permissibility of moral dilemma, but not to its stability. 2. The polymorphism of ARP19 gene affects moral dilemma and moral breach of permission judgment in female population.(4) SRD5A gene rs523349 locus had no significant effect on moral judgment.
