【摘要】:僅用5年時間,孟山都轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆占阿根廷大豆種植面積的比重就超過75%,其成功經(jīng)驗值得中國"走出去"企業(yè)借鑒。本文梳理分析孟山都進(jìn)軍阿根廷大豆種子市場的背景、采取的措施和效果,認(rèn)為在進(jìn)入阿根廷種子市場前孟山都已經(jīng)做好充分的準(zhǔn)備,利用逐利心理和阿根廷政府轉(zhuǎn)基因種子監(jiān)管漏洞,借力其最大的種子公司Nidera快速進(jìn)入阿根廷種子市場,通過農(nóng)達(dá)除草劑品牌效應(yīng)、放任黑市交易等策略迅速擴(kuò)大市場占有率,并借路阿根廷布局巴西大豆種子市場。最后,針對中國種子企業(yè)"走出去"提出了相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:In just five years, Monsanto's GM soybean accounted for more than 75% of the soybean planting area in Argentina, and its successful experience is worthy of reference by Chinese "going out" enterprises. This paper analyzes the background of Monsanto's entry into the Argentine soybean seed market. The measures and effects taken, that Monsanto was fully prepared before entering the Argentine seed market, taking advantage of the profit-driven mentality and the Argentine government's regulatory loopholes in genetically modified seeds, Nidera, its largest seed company, quickly entered the Argentine seed market, rapidly expanded its market share through the Nongda herbicide brand effect, allowing the black market to trade, and using Argentina to distribute the Brazilian soybean seed market. Finally, Some suggestions are put forward for Chinese seed enterprises to go out.
