安腸湯對IBS-D大鼠mGluR5,NR2BR基因在脊髓背角表達的影響

【摘要】:目的:研究安腸湯對IBS-D大鼠mGluR5,NR2BR基因在脊髓背角表達變化,介導(dǎo)疼痛中樞敏化機制探討安腸湯緩解IBS-D腹痛的作用機制。方法:40只清潔雄性SD大鼠隨機分為4組,10只/組,正常組、模型組、西藥組、中藥組。采用番瀉葉+束縛應(yīng)激法造模。治療組和對照組分別予安腸湯及得舒特片2周。結(jié)果:模型組腰段脊髓背角中的m GluR5,NR2BR基因表達與另外3組對比明顯增高,P0.05;西藥組和中藥組相比,P0.05。結(jié)論:說明m GluR5,NR2BR基因參與IBS-D大鼠疼痛信號中樞敏化機制;安腸湯可以有效調(diào)控m GluR5,NR2BR基因在腰段脊髓中的表達,從而達到緩解腹痛癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of Anchang decoction on the expression of mGluR5 and NR2BR gene in the dorsal horn of spinal cord in IBS-D rats and to explore the mechanism of relieving abdominal pain of IBS-D by mediating the mechanism of pain center sensitization. Methods: forty clean male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (n = 10) and normal group (n = 10). Model group, western medicine group, Treatment group and control group were treated with Anchang decoction and Desuter tablet for 2 weeks respectively. Results: the expression of m GluR5 + NR2BR gene in the lumbar spinal dorsal horn of model group was significantly higher than that in the other three groups. Conclusion: mGluR5NR2BR gene is involved in the central sensitization mechanism of pain signal in IBS-D rats. Anchang decoction can effectively regulate the expression of m GluR5 and NR2BR gene in the lumbar spinal cord, thus relieving abdominal pain.
