【摘要】：目的:探討ADAM33基因多態(tài)性與青島地區(qū)漢族成人哮喘患者大魚際掌紋特應(yīng)征的相關(guān)性。方法:引入計算機識別系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)大魚際掌紋特應(yīng)征客觀量化分級,采用SNa Pshot方法檢測400例哮喘患者和200例正常對照的ADAM33基因rs2280090、rs487377、rs2787094共3個多態(tài)位點的基因型和等位基因頻率。結(jié)果:相對于CC-CG基因型,rs2787094的GG基因型頻率在掌紋陰性組為11.3%,在掌紋陽性組為18.9%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(OR=2.10,95%=1.26-3.50,P=0.003 8)。結(jié)論:ADAM33基因rs2787094多態(tài)性與哮喘患者的大魚際掌紋特應(yīng)征呈顯著相關(guān),而rs2280090、rs487377多態(tài)性和掌紋無相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the association between ADAM33 gene polymorphism and the application of palmar palmprint in adult asthmatic patients in Qingdao. Methods: a computer recognition system was introduced to realize the objective and quantitative classification of the application of the hypothenar palmprint. The genotypes and alleles of three polymorphic loci of ADAM33 gene rs487377rs2787094 were detected by SNa Pshot method in 400 asthmatic patients and 200 normal controls. Results: the GG genotype frequency of rs2787094 was higher than that of CC-CG genotype in palmprint negative group. 11.3in the palmprint positive group, it was 18.9, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion the rs2787094 polymorphism of the 20% ADAM33 gene is significantly associated with the specific application of hypothenar palmprint in asthmatic patients. There was no correlation between rs2280090 rs487377 polymorphism and palmprint.
