桃PME基因家族的鑒定與分析

【摘要】:果膠甲酯酶屬于碳水化合物酯酶家族CE-8,是調(diào)節(jié)果膠甲酯化程度的一種普遍存在的酶,是植物細(xì)胞壁的主要成分。為深入研究桃PME基因家族的功能,利用生物信息學(xué)方法對(duì)桃基因組中PME基因家族成員進(jìn)行鑒定,并對(duì)其基因組信息、蛋白生理生化特征、基因結(jié)構(gòu)、保守結(jié)構(gòu)域和系統(tǒng)進(jìn)化樹(shù)等方面進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:在桃基因組中共鑒定出69個(gè)PME基因,可以分為GroupⅠ、GroupⅡ兩大類(lèi),GroupⅡ又可以進(jìn)一步分成3個(gè)分支;PME基因在桃的8條染色體上呈現(xiàn)不均勻分布,并存在明顯的串聯(lián)重復(fù)現(xiàn)象,共發(fā)現(xiàn)18個(gè)串聯(lián)重復(fù)基因簇,包含47個(gè)基因,串聯(lián)重復(fù)是桃PME基因擴(kuò)增的主要方式。對(duì)桃PME基因結(jié)構(gòu)的分析表明,PME基因在進(jìn)化上存在著一定的保守性;對(duì)桃PME蛋白氨基酸序列的多重比對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)了PME蛋白5個(gè)典型的保守結(jié)構(gòu)區(qū)域;通過(guò)MEME軟件對(duì)桃PME蛋白保守基序的分析發(fā)現(xiàn)了12個(gè)比較保守的基序。
[Abstract]:Pectin methylesterase belongs to the carbohydrate esterase family CE-8, which is a ubiquitous enzyme that regulates the degree of pectin methyl ester and is the main component of plant cell wall. In order to study the function of peach PME gene family, pectin methylesterase belongs to the carbohydrate esterase family. The PME gene family members in peach genome were identified by bioinformatics, and the genome information, protein physiological and biochemical characteristics and gene structure were analyzed.
