【摘要】：從全基因組水平研究蒺藜苜蓿SBP-box轉(zhuǎn)錄因子基因家族,系統(tǒng)地鑒定出22個SBP-box家族基因,根據(jù)基因結(jié)構(gòu)分析、結(jié)構(gòu)域的差異和系統(tǒng)發(fā)育分析將這些SBP-box基因分成5個亞家族.基因比較分析表明SBPbox基因家族擴張主要是通過部分復制及串聯(lián)重復事件來實現(xiàn)的.基因表達模式分析表明蒺藜苜蓿SBP-box基因具有器官特異性并且參與干旱脅迫反應.這些結(jié)果為進一步研究蒺藜苜蓿SBP-box家族基因的功能與進化提供理論參考.
[Abstract]:The SBP-box transcription factor gene family of Tribulus terrestris was studied from the whole genome level. 22 SBP-box family genes were systematically identified and analyzed according to the gene structure. These SBP-box genes were divided into five subfamilies by domain difference and phylogenetic analysis. Gene comparison analysis showed that the expansion of SBPbox gene family was mainly achieved by partial replication and tandem repeat events. The results showed that the SBP-box gene of Tribulus terrestris had organ specificity and participated in drought stress response. These results provided a theoretical reference for further study on the function and evolution of SBP-box family genes of Tribulus terrestris.
