【摘要】：為了研究抗A亞群禽白血病病毒受體基因(Tva)易感與抗性等位基因在太行雞、壩上長(zhǎng)尾雞和商品蛋雞三個(gè)群體中的分布,試驗(yàn)采用直接測(cè)序法進(jìn)行基因分型,并利用Popgene程序進(jìn)行群體遺傳分析。結(jié)果表明:在三個(gè)群體中共檢測(cè)到4種等位基因(Tva~s、Tva~(r2)、Tva~(r5)和Tva~(r4)),等位基因Tva~s/Tva~(r2)在太行雞中的頻率為0.90/0.10,在壩上長(zhǎng)尾雞和商品蛋雞中的頻率為1.00/0.00;等位基因Tva~s/Tva~(r5)/Tva~(r4)在太行雞中的頻率為0.27/0.32/0.41,在壩上長(zhǎng)尾雞中的頻率為0.44/0.38/0.18。太行雞和壩上長(zhǎng)尾雞群體的多態(tài)位點(diǎn)均處于哈代溫伯格平衡狀態(tài),在商品蛋雞群中只檢測(cè)到等位基因Tvas。說(shuō)明太行雞和壩上長(zhǎng)尾雞兩個(gè)群體中存在不同頻率的Tva抗性等位基因。
[Abstract]:In order to study the distribution of susceptible and resistant alleles of Avian Leukosis virus receptor Gene (TvaA) in three populations of Taihang Chicken, Bashang long-tailed hens and commercial layer hens, direct sequencing was used for genotyping. The results of population genetic analysis using Popgene program showed that four alleles, Tvasr2, Tvaanr5) and Tvaanus r4, were detected in three populations, and the frequency of the allele Tvasr / Tvao r2 was 0.90 / 0.10 in Taihang chickens and 0.90 / 0.10 in the long tail hens and commercial hens in the three populations, and the frequency of the alleles was 0.90 / 0.10 in the Taihang chickens, and the frequency of the alleles was 0.90 / 0.10 in the Taihang chickens. The frequency of the allele Tvaanus / Tvaanr5r5 / Tvar4 was 0.27 / 0.32 / 0.41 in Taihang chicken and 0.44 / 0.38 / 0.18in long tail chicken in Bashang, respectively. The polymorphic loci of Taihang chicken and Bashang long-tailed chicken population were in Hardy Weinberg equilibrium state, and the frequency was 0.44% 0.38% 0.18 in Taihang Chicken and Bashang long tail Chicken population, and the polymorphic loci of Taihang Chicken and Bashang long tail Chicken population were in Hardy Weinberg equilibrium. Only alleles Tvasa were detected in commercial laying hens, indicating that there were different frequencies of Tva resistance alleles in Taihang Chicken and Bashang long tail Chicken.
