FOXL2基因與蛋雞卵巢發(fā)育的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:試驗采集120、160、220、330、480日齡海蘭褐蛋雞的卵巢,通過石蠟切片觀察卵泡發(fā)育情況,采用熒光定量PCR檢測FOXL2基因在卵巢的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果顯示:120~480日齡,卵巢重量呈現(xiàn)先增加后減少的趨勢,220日齡達(dá)到最大;卵巢的初級卵泡數(shù)逐漸減少,而次級卵泡數(shù)先增加后減少,160日齡次級卵泡數(shù)最多;蛋雞卵泡萎縮率增加,閉鎖卵泡數(shù)逐漸增多;FOXL2基因的m RNA水平在120~480日齡呈下降趨勢,暗示其可能與蛋雞卵巢和卵泡的發(fā)育存在相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:The ovaries of 120,160,220,330,480 day-old Hailan brown laying hens were collected and the follicle development was observed by paraffin section. The expression of FOXL2 gene in ovary was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR. The weight of ovary increased first and then decreased. The number of primary follicles decreased gradually, while the number of secondary follicles increased first and then decreased at 160 days of age. The rate of follicle atrophy increased. The number of atretic follicles increased gradually and the m RNA level of FOXL2 gene decreased at 120-480 days, suggesting that it might be related to the development of ovaries and follicles in laying hens.
