【摘要】：為探討雌激素受體基因(ESR)和卵泡刺激素β亞基基因(FSH-β)的多態(tài)性對大白豬繁殖性狀的影響,本文采用PCR和PCR-RFLP技術(shù)檢測大白母豬群的ESR和FSH-β基因多態(tài)性,并分析其對大白母豬總產(chǎn)仔數(shù)、總活仔數(shù)、健仔數(shù)、死胎、木乃伊數(shù)和初生窩重等性狀的影響。結(jié)果表明:ESR和FSH-β基因的優(yōu)勢基因均為B等位基因;對于初產(chǎn)母豬,ESR和FSH-β基因BB型比AA型在總產(chǎn)仔數(shù)、總活仔數(shù)、健仔數(shù)性狀上高0.06~1.14頭(P0.05);對于經(jīng)產(chǎn)母豬,ESR基因BB型比AA型總活仔數(shù)、健仔數(shù)分別高0.12頭和0.07頭(P0.05),FSH-β基因在總產(chǎn)仔數(shù)、總活仔數(shù)、健仔數(shù)性狀上AA型高于BB型0.04~0.24頭(P0.05);合并基因型分析發(fā)現(xiàn)ESR和FSH-β基因的有利合并基因型在初產(chǎn)母豬為ABAA,經(jīng)產(chǎn)母豬為BBAA;BBAA合并基因型在總產(chǎn)仔數(shù)、總活仔數(shù)、健仔數(shù)性狀上分別顯著高于AAAA合并基因型2.03、1.75、1.65頭(P0.05)。因此,ESR和FSH-β基因多態(tài)性與大白豬繁殖性狀相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of estrogen receptor gene (ESR) and follicle stimulating hormone 尾 subunit gene (FSH- 尾) polymorphism on reproductive traits in white pigs, ESR and FSH- 尾 gene polymorphisms in large white sows were detected by PCR and PCR-RFLP techniques. The effects on the total litter size, total live litter size, healthy litter size, dead fetus, mummy number and birth litter weight of white sows were analyzed. The results showed that the dominant genes of the two genes were B alleles. The total litter size of ESR and FSH- 尾 gene BB genotype was higher than that of AA type in total litter size, total live litter size and healthy litter size traits, and the number of healthy piglets was 0.12 and 0.07 FSH- 尾 genes higher than that of AA type in the total litter size of ESR and FSH- 尾 gene BB genotype, respectively, compared with that of AA type, the total litter size of ESR and FSH- 尾 gene was higher than that of AA type, and the total litter size of ESR gene BB genotype was 0.06% higher than that of AA type, and the number of healthy piglets was 0.12 and 0.07 respectively higher than that of AA type. In total live litter size, AA genotype was higher than BB type 0.04 / 0.24 (P0.05N), combined genotype analysis showed that the favorable combined genotype of ESR and FSH- 尾 gene was ABAAA in the first sows, and the total litter size and the total live litter number in the total litter size and the total live litter size of the sows were BBAABBAA and BBAABBAA, respectively. The genetic polymorphisms of AAAA and FSH- 尾 genes were associated with reproductive traits of large white pigs.
