西藏牦牛源大腸桿菌主要耐藥表型及耐藥基因檢測

【摘要】:對西藏6個不同地、市200株牦牛源大腸桿菌進行了氨基糖苷類、氟苯尼考和磺胺類藥物耐藥表型和耐藥基因的PCR檢測。結果顯示:牦牛源大腸桿菌對氨基糖苷類藥物耐藥率分別為阿米卡星96%、鏈霉素94.59%、新霉素19%、慶大霉素23%、卡那霉素19%,耐藥基因只檢出rmtB基因,檢出率為100%;氟苯尼考類藥物耐藥率為25%,耐藥基因flor基因檢出率25%;磺胺類藥物耐藥率為32%,耐藥基因sul1基因檢出率7%、sul2基因檢出率7%、sul3基因檢出率17%;且耐藥表型與耐藥基因檢測結果基本一致,同時顯示,西藏不同地區(qū)間牦牛大腸桿菌的耐藥性存在差異,人口密集和流動較大的拉薩、林芝、日喀則市耐藥現(xiàn)象較為嚴重,而阿里、山南和那曲地區(qū)相對較輕。以上耐藥表型和耐藥基因在西藏不同市、地區(qū)均有檢出,同時存在多重耐藥現(xiàn)象。結果表明,西藏牦牛源大腸桿菌存在耐藥性,應引起重視,提示西藏地區(qū)要合理用藥,減輕耐藥性的產生。
[Abstract]:Aminoglycosides of 200 yak Escherichia coli strains from 6 different cities in Tibet were studied. PCR detection of florfenicol and sulfanilamide resistance phenotypes and resistance genes. The results showed that the resistance rates of Escherichia coli to aminoglycosides from yak were amicacin 96, streptomycin 94.59, neomycin 19, gentamicin 23 and kanax, respectively. The drug resistance gene only detects the rmtB gene. The detectable rate of florfenicol was 25 and the detection rate of resistant gene flor was 25. The rate of sulfadiazine resistance was 32. The detection rate of sul1 gene was 7. The detection rate of sul2 gene was 7. The detection rate of sul3 gene was 17. The phenotypic and resistance groups of florfenicol were 17. Because the results of the tests are basically the same, At the same time, there are differences in drug resistance among yak Escherichia coli in different regions of Tibet. Lhasa, Lhasa, Linzhi, and Xigaze City, where the population is dense and mobile, are more serious, but Ali, In Shannan and Naqu areas, the resistance phenotypes and resistance genes were detected in different cities and regions of Tibet. The results showed that Escherichia coli from Tibetan yaks had drug resistance, which should be paid more attention to. It is suggested that rational drug use should be used in Tibet to reduce the occurrence of drug resistance.
