【摘要】：目的:比較慢性鼻-鼻竇炎伴鼻息肉(CRSwNP)及慢性鼻-鼻竇炎不伴鼻息肉(CRSsNP)患者鼻腔金黃色葡萄球菌攜帶毒力基因的差異,探索不同毒力因子與鼻竇炎、鼻息肉發(fā)病之間的關(guān)系。方法:以71例CRS患者為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(CRSwNP患者33例,CRSsNP患者38例),同期103例非CRS者為對照組。采用PCR方法對從鼻腔內(nèi)分泌物中分離鑒定的41株金葡菌所攜帶的17種毒力基因進(jìn)行檢測。結(jié)果:①實(shí)驗(yàn)組seb檢出率明顯高于對照組(χ~2=5.864,P0.05);CRSwNP組中seb檢出率高于CRSsNP組(P0.05);其余5種腸毒素基因?qū)嶒?yàn)組與對照組比較均差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);②金葡菌黏附素在實(shí)驗(yàn)組及對照組中均有檢出,且檢出率都較高,比較實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組檢出率時,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);③編碼溶血素的HLα、HLβ基因在實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組中檢出率都較高,且這兩種基因在實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組中比較均差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:攜帶有腸毒素基因的金葡菌更易引起CRS,且可能攜帶腸毒素種類越多的菌株感染與鼻息肉的發(fā)病關(guān)系越大。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the virulence genes of Staphylococcus aureus in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNPN) and chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps (CRSsNPN), and to explore different virulence factors and sinusitis. Methods: using 71 cases of CRS as experimental group, 33 cases with CRSsNP and 103 cases without CRS as control group. 41 strains of staphylococcus aureus isolated from nasal secretion were isolated and identified by PCR method. Results the detection rate of seb in the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (蠂 2 + 5.864% P 0.05%), and the detection rate of seb in the control group was higher than that in the CRSsNP group (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the other five enterotoxin genes groups and the control group. P0.05Staphylococcus aureus adhesion was detected in the experimental group and the control group. The detection rate was higher in the experimental group than in the control group. There was no significant difference in the detection rate between the experimental group and the control group, and the detection rate of HL 偽 hl 尾 gene encoding hemolysin 3 was higher in both the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion: Staphylococcus aureus carrying enterotoxin gene is more likely to cause CRSs, and the infection of the strains with more kinds of enterotoxin may be related to the incidence of nasal polyps.
