綿羊FAM134B基因組織表達(dá)規(guī)律及其與肌內(nèi)脂肪含量的關(guān)系

【摘要】:為了解FAM134B基因的表達(dá)規(guī)律以及對綿羊肉質(zhì)的影響,試驗(yàn)以敖漢細(xì)毛羊組織樣本為材料,運(yùn)用實(shí)時熒光定量PCR技術(shù)對不同組織FAM134B mRNA的表達(dá)情況進(jìn)行研究,并對肌肉組織中FAM134B mRNA表達(dá)量與肌內(nèi)脂肪含量進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián)分析。結(jié)果表明:FAM134B基因在所選的綿羊心臟、肝臟、脾臟、肺臟、腎臟、背最長肌、股二頭肌、皮下脂肪、腹部脂肪器官組織中均有表達(dá),其中在肝臟中的表達(dá)量最高,而在肺臟中的表達(dá)量最低。關(guān)聯(lián)分析顯示,在綿羊背最長肌、股二頭肌中FAM134B基因的mRNA表達(dá)水平與肌內(nèi)脂肪含量呈極顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01)。初步推測,FAM134B基因可能對綿羊肌內(nèi)脂肪沉積具有重要的調(diào)控作用。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the expression of FAM134B gene and its effect on meat quality of sheep, the tissue samples of Aohan fine wool sheep were used as materials. The expression of FAM134B mRNA in different tissues was studied by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The expression of FAM134B mRNA in muscle tissue was correlated with the content of intramuscular fat. The results showed that the weight FAM134B gene was expressed in the heart, liver, spleen and lung of sheep. Kidney, longissimus dorsi muscle, biceps femoris muscle, subcutaneous fat, abdominal adipose organs were all expressed, in which the highest expression in the liver, but the lowest in the lung. Correlation analysis showed. In the longissimus dorsi muscle and biceps femoris muscle, the mRNA expression level of FAM134B gene was positively correlated with the intramuscular fat content. FAM134B gene may play an important role in regulating intramuscular fat deposition in sheep.
