轉(zhuǎn)基因銀中楊A(yù)BJ系列對(duì)土壤微生物類群的影響

【摘要】:本研究采用傳統(tǒng)的土壤稀釋涂布平板法測(cè)定了轉(zhuǎn)基因銀中楊A(yù)BJ系列根際土壤五大微生物(細(xì)菌,芽孢桿菌,放線菌,固氮菌,霉菌)的數(shù)量,并分析了土層對(duì)土壤微生物數(shù)量的影響。分析表明,0~30 cm與30~60 cm土樣中,轉(zhuǎn)基因銀中楊A(yù)BJ系列根際土壤微生物總量平均分別為干土2.32×10~9 cfu/g、1.57×10~9 cfu/g;0~30 cm土樣中,轉(zhuǎn)基因銀中楊與對(duì)照組銀中楊根際土壤中固氮菌數(shù)量存在顯著差異(p=0.038);轉(zhuǎn)基因銀中楊與對(duì)照組銀中楊的根際土壤五大微生物數(shù)量存在差異,但均未達(dá)到統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)顯著水平(p0.05),即本試驗(yàn)地內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)基因銀中楊對(duì)其根際土壤微生物主要類群的數(shù)量沒有明顯影響。
[Abstract]:In this study, the amount of five microbes (bacteria, Bacillus sp., actinomycetes, nitrogen-fixing bacteria, mold) in rhizosphere soil of poplar ABJ series in transgenic silver was determined by traditional soil dilution and coating plate method. The effect of soil layer on soil microbial quantity was analyzed. The average microorganism amount in rhizosphere soil of transgenic ABJ series was 2.32 脳 10 ~ (9) cfur 路g ~ (-1) ~ 1.57 脳 10 ~ (10) cfur ~ (-1) 路g ~ (-1) of dry soil, respectively. In 30 cm soil samples, there was a significant difference in the number of nitrogen-fixing bacteria between transgenic and control silver poplar rhizosphere soil. The number of five microbes in rhizosphere soil of transgenic Chinese poplar and control group were different, but none of them reached the significant level of statistical significance (P 0.05). That is to say, transgenic poplar has no significant effect on the number of microbes in rhizosphere soil.
