摘要:采用大田試驗結(jié)合Biolog技術(shù)比較分析了種植轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆PAT與其親本PAT1、轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆ALS與其親本ALS1及當(dāng)?shù)?/p>
(AWCD)反映的土壤微生物活性呈現(xiàn)以主栽大豆中黃13對根際土壤微生物群落功能多樣性的影響。結(jié)果表明,由平均顏色變化率
下變化規(guī)律:在整個溫育過程中,兩種轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆根際土壤微生物活性均高于相應(yīng)親本,當(dāng)?shù)仄贩N中黃13根際土壤微生物活性介于轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆和非轉(zhuǎn)基因親本大豆之間;兩種轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆根際土壤微生物群落物種均一度(J)和優(yōu)勢度指數(shù)(D)較對應(yīng)親本均無顯著差異(P>0.05),,轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆PAT根際土壤微生物群落香農(nóng)-維納指數(shù)(H)與親本相比差異不顯著(P>0.05),而轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆ALS根際土壤微生物群落香農(nóng)-維納指數(shù)(H)顯著高于其親本ALS1(P<0.05)。主成分分析結(jié)果表明,轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆PAT、親本PAT1、非轉(zhuǎn)基因親本大豆ALS1以及中黃13土壤微生物群落碳源利用類型相似,僅轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆ALS土壤微生物碳源利用類型表現(xiàn)出差異。對不同碳源的分析結(jié)果表明,土壤微生物利用的主要碳源為糖類、氨基酸類、羧酸類和聚合物。

Abstract:Transgeniccropsaregrownonanincreasinglylargescalethroughouttheworld,andtheirincreasedusehasbeenaccompaniedbypublicconcernabouttheirpotentialecologicalandenvironmentalimpacts.Thepersistenceandinteractionofproteinsderivedfromtransgeniccropsinsoilandtheireffectsonsoilmicrobialareessentialinformationwheninvestigatingtheireffectswithinthesoilecosystem.Thefunc-tionaldiversityofmicrobialcommunitiesintherhizosphereoftransgenicsoybeanPATanditsparentalisolinePAT1,transgenicsoybeanALSanditsparentalisolineALS1,andlocalmajorsoybeanzhonghuang13wasanalyzedunderfieldexperimentbyBiolog-ECOtechnique.Soilsamplesatthedepthof0~20cmwerecollectedinSeptember2011atmaturestage.Thefunctionaldiversityofthesoilmicrobialcommunitiesfromthedifferentsampleswasfurtheranalyzedbydifferenttechniques,suchasstatisticalanalysisanddiversityindexevaluationofthesoilmicrobia.Theresultsshowedthattheaveragewellcolordevelopment(AWCD)whichdirectlyreflectedthemicrobialactivitiesofchangedinthefollowingvariation:AllthetreatmentsexhibitedtheelevationofAWCDduringthefirst48hoursofincubation,butthediffer-encesamongthetreatmentswereobvious.BothtransgenicsoybeanPATandALScausedhighincreaseoftheAWCDwhilethecorrespondingnon-transgenicparentalisolineandlocalmajorsoybeanzhonghuang13hadlessaffectionontheAWCD.Duringthewholeincubationpro-cess,thesoilmicrobialactivityoftransgenicsoybeanPATandALSwashigherthanthecorrespondingnon-transgenicparentalisoline,and收稿日期:2012-08-29
