頂推施工法在波形鋼腹板組合箱梁中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:頂推施工方法在預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土橋梁以及鋼箱梁的施工中已大量應(yīng)用,技術(shù)也非常成熟。波形鋼腹板組合箱梁作為一種新型鋼混組合橋梁結(jié)構(gòu),在國內(nèi)的應(yīng)用也日益增多,橋型選擇和施工方法也非常多,但鮮見采用頂推方法進行施工,國內(nèi)的研究也相對較少。隨著波形鋼腹板箱梁橋的逐漸盛行,本文選擇頂推施工方法在波形鋼腹板組合箱梁中的應(yīng)用進行研究,希望為同類橋梁的設(shè)計和施工提供參考。本文主要進行了以下幾方面的工作: (1)介紹了頂推施工的發(fā)展歷程、受力特點及在各種橋型上的應(yīng)用情況,綜述了波形鋼腹板組合箱梁的特點、優(yōu)勢以及國內(nèi)外的應(yīng)用情況,并概述了波形鋼腹板運用頂推法施工的優(yōu)勢以及特點。 (2)采用經(jīng)典導(dǎo)梁解析法分析了導(dǎo)梁的長度、剛度、重度對施工中主梁的受力影響,并給出了導(dǎo)梁與主梁在長度、剛度、重度方面的最佳比例,確定了在施工過程中的最不利荷載工況。 (3)詳細論述了普通混凝土箱梁橋、波形鋼腹板箱梁橋采用頂推法施工的施工工藝,并對這兩種橋型在頂推施工指標上進行了綜合對比,凸顯出了波形鋼腹板箱梁橋運用頂推法施工的優(yōu)勢。 (4)以一座中等跨徑箱梁為例,采用頂推方法施工,分別按照普通混凝土箱梁橋和波形鋼腹板箱梁橋進行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、配束設(shè)計、導(dǎo)梁設(shè)計,,并運用橋梁專業(yè)分析軟件Midas,對這兩種橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)進行了頂推施工全過程分析和結(jié)構(gòu)驗算,根據(jù)計算結(jié)果,從靜力性能和經(jīng)濟性能方面對這兩種類型橋梁進行了對比。 希望通過本文的研究,能豐富我國波形鋼腹板組合箱梁的施工技術(shù),并對其設(shè)計提供一定借鑒,為推動我國橋梁技術(shù)的發(fā)展提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:The jacking construction method has been widely used in the construction of prestressed concrete bridges and steel box girders, and the technology is very mature. The corrugated steel web composite box girder is a new type of steel-concrete composite bridge structure. The application in our country is increasing day by day, the bridge type selection and construction method is also very many, but rarely uses the push-back method to carry on the construction, the domestic research is also relatively few, along with the waveform steel web box girder bridge gradually prevailing. In this paper, the application of jacking construction method in composite box girder with corrugated steel webs is studied in the hope of providing reference for the design and construction of similar bridges. The main work of this paper is as follows: This paper introduces the development course, force characteristics and application in various bridge types of jacking construction, and summarizes the characteristics, advantages and application situation of corrugated steel web composite box girder at home and abroad. The advantages and characteristics of using the pushing method in the construction of corrugated steel web are summarized. The influence of the length, stiffness and weight of the guide beam on the stress of the main beam in construction is analyzed by using the classical guide beam analytical method, and the optimum ratio of the guide beam to the main beam in length, stiffness and weight is given. The most unfavorable load condition in the construction process is determined. This paper discusses in detail the construction technology of ordinary concrete box girder bridge and corrugated steel web box girder bridge by pushing method, and makes a comprehensive comparison between these two kinds of bridge types on the index of jacking construction. It highlights the advantages of box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs. Taking a medium span box girder as an example, the structure design, beam matching design and guide beam design are carried out according to ordinary concrete box girder bridge and corrugated steel web box girder bridge respectively. By using the bridge professional analysis software Midas, the whole process analysis and structure checking calculation of the two kinds of bridge structures are carried out, according to the calculation results. The static performance and economic performance of these two types of bridges are compared. It is hoped that the research in this paper can enrich the construction technology of the corrugated steel web composite box girder in China, and provide some reference for the design of the composite box girder, as well as for promoting the development of bridge technology in our country.
