【摘要】:近年,我國隧道建設(shè)主要向西北、西南等復(fù)雜地質(zhì)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移,而且隧道逐漸向深埋長程方向發(fā)展,因此在隧道施工中常不可避免地遇到溶洞、軟弱圍巖、富水帶、瓦斯地層等不良地質(zhì)體,若相應(yīng)施工措施不及時或不當(dāng),,輕則影響施工進度,增加施工投入,重則威脅施工人員的生命安全,然而目前我國隧道施工中主要采用的預(yù)報方法,因諸多因素,常常無法達到較為準確的預(yù)報效果,相對地,超前地質(zhì)鉆探預(yù)報干擾因素少,數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果更為直觀,解譯更為準確,應(yīng)受到更大重視。 本文以十天線甘肅段小川隧道和成州隧道為工程依托,分別進行沖擊鉆探、取芯鉆探試驗,將鉆探結(jié)果進行地質(zhì)解譯,并與相應(yīng)掌子面實際地質(zhì)狀況進行對比分析,以得到?jīng)_擊鉆探各鉆進參數(shù)與實際巖體地質(zhì)狀況的相互關(guān)聯(lián)性,以及取樣鉆探所取巖芯樣本對實際巖體反映的真實度,從而提高超前鉆探地質(zhì)預(yù)報的準確性。研究主要成果如下: 1.巖體的地質(zhì)特征與4個鉆進參數(shù)扭矩、推進壓力、鉆進速度、旋轉(zhuǎn)速度的變化存在一定的相關(guān)聯(lián)系,如泥巖與角礫巖互層、底礫巖、礫巖中含水、礫巖層理發(fā)育、節(jié)理裂隙發(fā)育等,同時,石灰?guī)r、礫巖、泥巖相比,因地質(zhì)組成、結(jié)構(gòu)不同,從而形成各參數(shù)整體不同的變化特征。 2.取芯鉆探預(yù)報直觀、準確,但在巖體具體位置預(yù)報上存在有誤差,尤其是在取芯困難的復(fù)雜地質(zhì)區(qū)域內(nèi),而且與沖擊鉆探一樣也存在預(yù)報斷面小的缺點,所以在鉆探完成之后,掌子面地質(zhì)描述仍需繼續(xù)展開,作為對預(yù)報結(jié)果的補充與完善。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the tunnel construction of our country mainly transfers to the northwest, southwest and other complex geological areas, and the tunnel gradually develops to the direction of deep buried long distance, so it is inevitable to meet the cave and weak surrounding rock in the tunnel construction. If the corresponding construction measures are not timely or improper, the construction progress will be affected, the construction investment will be increased, and the safety of the construction personnel will be threatened. However, the main forecasting methods used in tunnel construction in our country at present, because of many factors, often can not achieve a more accurate prediction results, relatively speaking, the prediction interference factors of advanced geological drilling is less, the data result is more intuitive. Interpretation is more accurate and deserves greater attention. Based on the 10-antenna Xiaochuan Tunnel and Chengzhou Tunnel in Gansu region, the paper carries out impact drilling, core-drilling test and geological interpretation of the drilling results. In order to get the correlation between the drilling parameters and the actual geological conditions of rock mass, the actual geological conditions of rock mass are compared and analyzed. And the true degree of the core samples reflected to the actual rock mass, so as to improve the accuracy of geological prediction of advanced drilling. The main results of the study are as follows: 1. The geological characteristics of rock mass are related to the torque of four drilling parameters, the propelling pressure, drilling speed and rotation velocity, such as mudstone and breccia interbed, bottom conglomerate, and water content in conglomerate. At the same time, compared with limestone, conglomerate and mudstone, because of the different geological composition and structure, the variation characteristics of the whole parameters are formed, such as the development of conglomerate bedding and the development of joints and fissures, and at the same time, compared with limestone, conglomerate and mudstone. 2. The prediction of coring drilling is intuitionistic and accurate, but there are some errors in the prediction of the specific position of rock mass, especially in the complex geological area where the coring difficulty is difficult, and it also has the shortcoming of small prediction section as well as that of impact drilling. Therefore, after drilling, the geological description of the face of the face still needs to be carried out as a complement and perfection to the forecast results.
