基于DELMIA的飛行器虛擬裝配技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用

Abstract

Aircraft assembly, which not only has great workload and collaborative

difficulties, but also has many difficulties to achieve adequate quality, plays an

important role in aircraft manufacture. Improvements of the technologies in aircraft

assembly becomes to a pivotal problem in aircraft design and manufacture. Virtual

assembly is a rising aspect of design and assembly, and has a brightly application

perspective. It plays an important role in improvements of the technologies in aircraft

assembly, shortening the production cycle and enhancing the product quality. So it is

of great significance in the aircraft design and manufacture. The technologies of

virtual assembly and the framework of virtual assembly environment are both studied

in this paper. The virtual assembly of the airframe system products is discussed in

detail, according to some special particularities in aircraft assembly. The main research issues are as follow:

First, giving a study in theorems of virtual assembly and the key techniques in the

virtual assembly environment, some valuable conclusions are drawn. The assembly

information of the airframe system products in DELMIA is analyzed and obtained,

which provides the basis of the assembly sequence and path planning.

Second, the virtual assembly of the airframe system products is achieved in

DELMIA. In the beginning, the current methods of assembly sequence planning,

assembly path planning and collision detection is discussed in detail. On the assumption of the reversibility of assembly and disassembly, assembly sequence and

assembly path are optimized through applying the disassembly method and the

collision detection technique in DELMIA, Then, the rationality of the assembly

operation and the assembly reachability of the assembly model are evaluated and the

design method of a assembly tool is studied based on the ergonomics knowledge and

DELMIA/Ergonomics.
