【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,公路交通進(jìn)入了一個(gè)快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,公路交通問(wèn)題逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來(lái)。公路交通規(guī)劃應(yīng)該適度超前,避免出現(xiàn)有些公路的交通擁堵十分嚴(yán)重,而有些公路的交通量卻非常小的情況。我國(guó)的城市公路交通與城市土地利用分別屬于不同的部門(mén)進(jìn)行管理和規(guī)劃,這種政府職能上的分離也導(dǎo)致了公路交通規(guī)劃與土地利用的分離,很少有人把二者聯(lián)系起來(lái)一起考慮。為了解決這種問(wèn)題,使公路交通規(guī)劃更好地服務(wù)于公路交通,亟待從土地利用的角度考慮對(duì)公路交通規(guī)劃進(jìn)行更加深入的研究。為了更好的分析土地利用對(duì)公路交通規(guī)劃的影響,本文從土地利用的角度出發(fā),研究土地利用對(duì)交通的影響,在其基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行公路交通規(guī)劃,本文重點(diǎn)研究基于土地利用的公路交通需求分析,在預(yù)測(cè)出的交通量的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃和改善。論文首先從土地利用對(duì)交通的作用等基礎(chǔ)理論出發(fā),結(jié)合TRANSCAD軟件中的四階段法,并對(duì)其第一階段的方法進(jìn)行改進(jìn),預(yù)測(cè)規(guī)劃年研究區(qū)域周邊的路網(wǎng)交通量以及路網(wǎng)飽和度等指標(biāo)。通過(guò)這些指標(biāo),依據(jù)相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范對(duì)研究區(qū)域的公路進(jìn)行車(chē)道配置和紅線寬度的規(guī)劃,得出的結(jié)論為相關(guān)部門(mén)提供一些參考。論文最后把天津市北辰區(qū)第二兒童醫(yī)院周?chē)穆肪W(wǎng)作為研究區(qū)域進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,運(yùn)用文中的模型對(duì)周?chē)肪W(wǎng)的交通量進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),進(jìn)而進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的公路交通規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, highway traffic has entered a period of rapid development, and highway traffic problems are gradually emerging. Highway traffic planning should be moderately advanced to avoid serious traffic congestion on some highways. However, the traffic volume of some highways is very small. In China, urban highway traffic and urban land use belong to different departments for management and planning. This separation of government functions also leads to the separation of road traffic planning and land use, and few people consider the two together. In order to solve this problem, highway traffic planning can serve highway traffic better. In order to better analyze the impact of land use on highway traffic planning, this paper studies the impact of land use on traffic from the perspective of land use. On the basis of highway traffic planning, this paper focuses on the analysis of highway traffic demand based on land use. On the basis of the traffic volume forecast, further road network planning and improvement are carried out. Firstly, based on the basic theory of land use to traffic, and combining with the four-stage method in TRANSCAD software, the first stage method is improved. The traffic volume and saturation of the road network around the area are studied in the forecast planning year. Through these indexes, the roadway configuration and the red line width of the highway in the study area are planned according to the corresponding design specifications. Finally, the road network around the second Children's Hospital in Beichen District of Tianjin is taken as the research area for empirical analysis, and the traffic volume of the surrounding road network is forecasted by the model in this paper. Then carries on the corresponding highway transportation plan.
