高空廣告牌結(jié)構(gòu)的動力特性研究

【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展,城市現(xiàn)代化及社會現(xiàn)代化的持續(xù)推進,中國高速公路網(wǎng)絡建設(shè)日益發(fā)達。20世紀30年代,西方一些國家開始修建高速公路。到20世紀60年代,高速公路系統(tǒng)進行了快速發(fā)展時期。經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與發(fā)達的交通系統(tǒng)密不可分,作為現(xiàn)代化生活、生產(chǎn)不可或缺的運輸工具,汽車已經(jīng)融入了人類社會的各個地方,因此高速公路的建設(shè)成為了一個國家發(fā)展和繁榮的必備基礎(chǔ)。毫無疑問,中國作為一個發(fā)展中國家,高速公路的建設(shè)正處于急速發(fā)展的時期。高速公路具有通行能力大,行車安全,降低運輸成本,并且能夠帶動沿線經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的諸多優(yōu)點。隨著高速公路的快速發(fā)展,高速公路周邊的大型廣告牌也日益受到人們的重視。本項目采用有限元軟件ANSYS對高空廣告牌結(jié)構(gòu)進行有限元模擬分析。分別對單立柱高空廣告牌和雙立柱高空廣告牌進行自重下的模態(tài)分析、風荷載作用下的振動分析、地震作用下的動力特性分析。為不同結(jié)構(gòu)形式廣告牌的受力特性及設(shè)計方法提供參考。進行的具體內(nèi)容如下:(1)應用有限元分析軟件ANSYS中綜合建模的方法,建立合理的單立柱高空廣告牌結(jié)構(gòu)和雙立柱高空廣告牌結(jié)構(gòu)的有限元模型。(2)應用有限元分析軟件ANSYS對廣告牌結(jié)構(gòu)的有限元模型進行了自振響應分析,得到了結(jié)構(gòu)在自重作用下的振動周期和振動模態(tài),對結(jié)構(gòu)的自振特性進行了分析研究。發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)的前兩階振型都為結(jié)構(gòu)的整體振動,且對于單立柱高空廣告牌結(jié)構(gòu),第一階振型為結(jié)構(gòu)平面內(nèi)振動,而雙立柱高空廣告牌結(jié)構(gòu)的第一階振型為結(jié)構(gòu)平面外振動。(3)在模態(tài)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,采用幾何非線性有限元的分析方法,應用有限元分析軟件ANSYS對結(jié)構(gòu)進行風振響應分析,得出了結(jié)構(gòu)在風荷載作用下的動力響應。(4)應用有限元分析軟件ANSYS對廣告牌結(jié)構(gòu)有限元模型進行地震響應分析。提取了廣告牌結(jié)構(gòu)在四種地震記錄作用下的位移及應力云圖,且繪制了廣告牌結(jié)構(gòu)的位移、反力及應力的時程曲線。通過對結(jié)果進行分析,提出了工程設(shè)計意見,為廣告牌結(jié)構(gòu)的工程設(shè)計和進一步研究提供了一定的參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, urban modernization and the continuous advancement of social modernization, the highway network construction in China is increasingly developed. In the 1930s, some western countries began to build highways. The expressway system has carried on the rapid development period. The economic development and the developed transportation system are inseparable, as the modern life, the production indispensable transportation tool, the automobile has already melted into the human society each place, Therefore, highway construction has become an essential foundation for the development and prosperity of a country. There is no doubt that China, as a developing country, is in a period of rapid development. Traffic safety, reduce transportation costs, and can drive along the many advantages of economic development. With the rapid development of expressways, People pay more and more attention to the large billboards around the highway. The finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate and analyze the structure of the high altitude billboard. To carry out modal analysis under weight, Vibration analysis under wind load, Analysis of dynamic characteristics under earthquake. This paper provides a reference for the stress characteristics and design methods of billboards in different structural forms. The specific contents are as follows: 1) the method of integrated modeling in finite element analysis software ANSYS is used. The finite element model of the single and double column high altitude billboard structure is established. (2) the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the natural vibration response of the billboard structure. The vibration period and vibration mode of the structure under the action of self-gravity are obtained, and the natural vibration characteristics of the structure are analyzed. It is found that the first two modes of the structure are the whole vibration of the structure, and for the high-altitude billboard structure of single column, the first two vibration modes of the structure are the whole vibration of the structure. The first vibration mode is the in-plane vibration of the structure, while the first mode of the double-column high-altitude billboard structure is the out-of-plane vibration of the structure. Based on the modal analysis, the geometric nonlinear finite element analysis method is used. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the wind-induced vibration response of the structure. The dynamic response of the structure under wind load is obtained. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the seismic response of the billboard structure finite element model. The displacement and stress cloud images of the billboard structure under the action of four kinds of seismic records are extracted. The time history curves of the displacement, reaction force and stress of the billboard structure are drawn. Through the analysis of the results, the engineering design advice is put forward, which provides a certain reference for the engineering design and further research of the billboard structure.
