【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大背景下,依托港口打造國際航運(yùn)中心,已經(jīng)成為提高地區(qū)競爭力和實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要途徑。中國作為世界第一進(jìn)出口大國、第一造船大國,建設(shè)國際航運(yùn)中心已經(jīng)被確立為一項(xiàng)重要的國家戰(zhàn)略。我國雖然在航運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)量上全球領(lǐng)先,但由于航運(yùn)的中游和上游產(chǎn)業(yè),如航運(yùn)金融、航運(yùn)服務(wù)等方面,與國際水平差距明顯,至今還沒有世界公認(rèn)的國際航運(yùn)中心。通過研究國際知名航運(yùn)中心的形成條件、基本模式,與天津建設(shè)北方國際航運(yùn)中心的任務(wù)目標(biāo)、基礎(chǔ)條件進(jìn)行比較,認(rèn)為發(fā)展航運(yùn)金融是提升天津北方國際航運(yùn)中心競爭力的關(guān)鍵,發(fā)展航運(yùn)金融的突破口和著力點(diǎn)應(yīng)放在金融租賃創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, relying on the port to build an international shipping center has become an important way to improve regional competitiveness and achieve regional economic development. As the largest import and export country in the world and the largest Shipbuilding country in the world, the construction of international shipping center has been established as an important national strategy. Although China is leading the world in shipping business, because of the middle and upstream industries of shipping, such as shipping finance, shipping services and so on, there is a clear gap with the international level, so far there is no recognized international shipping center in the world. By studying the formation conditions and basic models of the international famous shipping center, this paper compares it with the task objectives and basic conditions of Tianjin's construction of the northern international shipping center. It is considered that the development of shipping finance is the key to enhance the competitiveness of Tianjin North International Shipping Center, and the breakthrough and focus of the development of shipping finance should be placed on the innovation of financial leasing.
