【摘要】：正在社會(huì)融資成本高企、中小企業(yè)融資難的背景下,應(yīng)該繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大資產(chǎn)證券化的試點(diǎn)工作,推進(jìn)實(shí)施資產(chǎn)證券化的備案制,激發(fā)資產(chǎn)證券化的活力,使其成為盤(pán)活存量的重要手段,更好地發(fā)揮"降低社會(huì)融資成本"的功能,服務(wù)于實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)。金融危機(jī)的爆發(fā)凸顯了監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)在資產(chǎn)證券化快速發(fā)展的背景下的監(jiān)管缺失問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Under the background of high social financing costs and difficult financing for small and medium-sized enterprises, we should continue to expand the pilot work of asset securitization, promote the implementation of asset securitization record system, and stimulate the vitality of asset securitization. Make it become an important means to invigorate the stock, better exert the function of "reducing the social financing cost", and serve the real economy. The outbreak of financial crisis highlights the lack of supervision in the context of the rapid development of asset securitization.
