【摘要】：投資組合最優(yōu)化問題是一個(gè)NP難解問題,通常的方法很難使其達(dá)到全局最優(yōu)。而遺傳算法模型作為一種高效并行的全局優(yōu)化搜索方法,已經(jīng)被應(yīng)用到很多領(lǐng)域。本文通過將遺傳算法模型引入到證券投資分析領(lǐng)域,對(duì)最佳證券組合問題進(jìn)行優(yōu)化計(jì)算,在收益率保持不變的情況下,計(jì)算不同投資比例下的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)系數(shù),并且經(jīng)過與序列二次規(guī)劃算法計(jì)算結(jié)果的對(duì)比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)使用遺傳算法得出的投資組合的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)系數(shù)要小于使用序列二次規(guī)劃方法得出的投資組合的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)系數(shù),由此得出遺傳算法模型在某些情況下優(yōu)于序列二次規(guī)劃算法的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Portfolio optimization problem is a difficult NP problem, and it is difficult to achieve global optimization by common methods. As an efficient parallel global optimization search method, genetic algorithm (GA) has been applied in many fields. In this paper, the genetic algorithm model is introduced into the field of securities investment analysis, and the optimal portfolio problem is optimized, and the risk coefficient of different investment ratio is calculated under the condition that the return rate remains unchanged. After comparing with the results of sequential quadratic programming algorithm, it is found that the risk coefficient of the portfolio obtained by genetic algorithm is smaller than that of the portfolio obtained by using the sequential quadratic programming method. It is concluded that the genetic algorithm model is superior to the sequential quadratic programming algorithm in some cases.
