【摘要】：正國辦發(fā)[2015]68號各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市人民政府,國務(wù)院各部委、各直屬機(jī)構(gòu):近年來,我國融資租賃業(yè)取得長足發(fā)展,市場規(guī)模和企業(yè)競爭力顯著提高,在推動產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新升級、拓寬中小微企業(yè)融資渠道、帶動新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。但總體上看,融資租賃對國民經(jīng)濟(jì)各行業(yè)的覆蓋面和市場滲透率遠(yuǎn)低于發(fā)達(dá)國家水平,行業(yè)
[Abstract]:The Government of the State Council [2015] 68 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, ministries and commissions of the State Council, and institutions directly under the Central Government: in recent years, the financing leasing industry in China has made considerable progress, and the market scale and the competitiveness of enterprises have improved significantly. It plays an important role in promoting industrial innovation and upgrading, widening the financing channels of small and medium-sized enterprises, promoting the development of new industries and promoting the adjustment of economic structure. On the whole, however, the coverage and market penetration of financial leasing to various sectors of the national economy are far lower than those of developed countries.
