【摘要】：2014年新三板實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨越式發(fā)展,新三板企業(yè)在掛牌數(shù)量、交易量、融資能力、估值等方面都有大幅提升,但也存在著融資渠道單一,市場(chǎng)流動(dòng)性不足,掛牌公司質(zhì)量參差不齊,轉(zhuǎn)板機(jī)制缺失等不足,最后從增加掛牌企業(yè)數(shù)量,大力豐富市場(chǎng)融資工具,推出競(jìng)價(jià)交易制度,實(shí)施市場(chǎng)分層管理制度,降低投資者門檻等方面提出新三板發(fā)展的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:In 2014, the new third board achieved leapfrog development. The new third board enterprises have greatly improved in terms of listing number, trading volume, financing capacity, valuation, etc. But there are also single financing channels, insufficient market liquidity, and uneven quality of listed companies. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of increasing the number of listed enterprises, enriching the market financing tools, introducing the bidding trading system, implementing the market stratification management system, lowering the threshold of investors and so on.
