【摘要】：近年來,國內(nèi)多層次資本市場建設(shè)加快,各地紛紛設(shè)立產(chǎn)業(yè)引導(dǎo)基金,私募股權(quán)投資基金發(fā)展面臨空前機遇。本文從PE基金發(fā)展的影響因素、委托代理問題、公司治理、投融資策略、退出機制和風(fēng)險監(jiān)管等角度著手,對西方私募股權(quán)投資基金理論進行分析梳理,并針對國內(nèi)PE基金現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,提出了相關(guān)對策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of multi-level capital market in China has been accelerated, and industrial guiding funds have been set up all over the country. Private equity investment funds are facing unprecedented opportunities. This paper analyzes the theory of private equity investment fund in the west from the aspects of influencing factors of PE fund development, principal-agent problem, corporate governance, investment and financing strategy, exit mechanism and risk supervision. According to the current situation and existing problems of domestic PE fund, the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
