【摘要】：隨著市場經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展和知識經(jīng)濟的繁榮,以知識為基礎(chǔ)的專利權(quán)、商譽、計算機軟件等無形資產(chǎn)在企業(yè)中所占比例不斷增加,,無形資產(chǎn)的作用逐漸被人們所重視,世界各國和企業(yè)都越來越意識到無形資產(chǎn)的巨大價值。對無形資產(chǎn)進行科學的評估已成為建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度,發(fā)展社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的客觀需要。對于企業(yè)本身來說,進行無形資產(chǎn)評估也是資產(chǎn)管理、品牌建設(shè)、資本運作的需要。 論文圍繞基于抵押貸款的發(fā)明專利價值評估案例開展研究,在全面梳理無形資產(chǎn)評估的理論和方法的基礎(chǔ)上,針對抵押貸款的發(fā)明專利的價值評估及特點進行全面分析,探討基于抵押貸款的發(fā)明專利的評估方法,并結(jié)合具體的案例開展評估活動,同時,從案例的評估、分析和研究中,總結(jié)出基于抵押貸款發(fā)明專利評估過程中存在的問題,針對問題提出合理的解決思路、辦法和建議。 論文案例研究主要取得的成果包括以下幾方面：對無形資產(chǎn)評估理論和方法進行全面系統(tǒng)梳理、總結(jié)和分析；針對抵押貸款發(fā)明專利價值的評估目的、方法、程序及依據(jù)進行系統(tǒng)分析研究；結(jié)合具體案例開展全過程評估研究,并從案例中分析此類價值評估中存在的問題,提出科學、合理的解決思路、辦法及建議；案例研究成果為今后開展類似的評估活動提供借鑒,也將有助于進一步推進行業(yè)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy and the prosperity of knowledge economy, the proportion of intellectual patent, goodwill, computer software and other intangible assets in enterprises is increasing, and the function of intangible assets has been paid more and more attention. Countries and enterprises all over the world are more and more aware of the huge value of intangible assets. Scientific evaluation of intangible assets has become the objective need of establishing modern enterprise system and developing socialist market economy. For the enterprise itself, intangible assets evaluation is also the need of asset management, brand building and capital operation. This paper focuses on the case study of the value evaluation of invention patent based on mortgage loan. On the basis of combing the theory and method of intangible assets evaluation, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the value evaluation and characteristics of the invention patent of mortgage loan. The evaluation method of invention patent based on mortgage loan is discussed, and the evaluation activities are carried out in combination with specific cases. At the same time, the problems existing in the evaluation process of invention patent based on mortgage loan are summarized from the case evaluation, analysis and research. Put forward a reasonable solution to the problem, methods and suggestions. The main achievements of the case study include the following aspects: a comprehensive and systematic review, summary and analysis of the theory and method of intangible assets evaluation; the purpose and method of evaluating the value of mortgage invention patent. The procedure and the basis are analyzed systematically, the whole process evaluation research is carried out according to the concrete cases, and the problems existing in this kind of value evaluation are analyzed from the case, and scientific and reasonable solutions, methods and suggestions are put forward. The results of case studies will provide reference for similar evaluation activities in the future, and will also help to further promote the healthy development of the industry.
